One more network safe, one more network protected....Bitdefender
- We sustained and survived a malware outbreak a few weeks ago. Bitdefender came through with flying colors and protected all attacked machines.
- The constant updates and different modules are a must. It's nice to see the info box that appears near the menu bar informing of what Bitdefender has just done. IE - updates, a program has been allowed to connect to the Internet, etc...

Bitdefender GravityZone pulled me in and now I'm happily stuck with it.
- Bitdefender discovered dozens of issues when I first installed in on all of the computers on the network and it has caught/prevented quite a few more, but in two years there haven't been any issues which were found to actually have been impacting any of the computers (I have also periodically run scans with other software which also have not found anything).

- Bitdefender GravityZone provided a great return on our investment as our systems remained secure and virus free, increasing productivity as well.

Bitdefender GravityZone: a blackhole for malware.
- GravityZone is one of many various competing platforms that support MSPs or larger IT staff in the AV space. Most products offer a similar line up of features. We specifically chose GravityZone, however, because it offers one of the best combinations on the market of price, performance, and manageability.
- Since Bitdefender has not been involved in any major breaches or other scandals and has a solid image in the larger technology community, it has allowed us to get in the door at a large number of organizations that have strong negative feelings about some of its competitors. Had we been using a product like Kaspersky, we likely would have seen slower growth and adoption over the past few years.

Bitdefender - After 2 years
- Being in education our previous AV solution was provided free of charge until this year so the ROI factor for us is a negative in terms of money. I will have to say that Bitdefender was really good a working with us to achieve a reasonable price point and actually came in cheaper than some of the lesser alternatives out there.

Bitdefender GravityZone is a SysAdmin's Dream Come True
- The ROI for Bitdefender is hard to quantify except that it requires very little maintenance time from our staff.
- We've spent no time troubleshooting user complaints or issues from users, so it has been a big time-saver over our previously used anti-malware software.
- Bitdefender's customer service is usually pretty good and also very responsive, so I don't have to wait by the phone or to keep checking email to resolve a problem--although our issues have been mostly informational and not a problem with functionality.
