Bizzabo is great - just needs more customer support!
We use Bizzabo for one of our clients [...]. The product addresses everything we need! In particular, we like the flexibility you have in creating custom questions, custom logic and the reporting system is very thorough. My scope of use is minimal, i'm mostly pulling reports and assisting my client on the back end as needed.

Good features and super fast speed for event management.
It's basically a CRM for events. It serves many functions for us. We use it for ticket sales, to add all our agenda session details and speaker info, promo codes, registration for each session, sponsor details, and more. It's a great all-in-one stop shop for event management.

Elevate x Bizzabo
Our organization uses Bizzabo (and Klik) as our main event content management platform and registration system for our large 10,000 attendee event.
We use most of the features, including speaker profiles, sponsor profiles, session management, registration, promo codes, etc. It has been really helpful for almost all of our event related data to live in one place.
This will be our second year using Bizzabo, as well.

Great Event Platform!
We use Bizzabo as an event registration platform, which helps us efficiently gather information from our partners. It also allows us to create and host an event website that we then use to promote via our social channels and email communications. This helps us track registrations and allows for more registrants.

Bizzabo
We use Bizzabo for all of our external events. When creating an event website, we leverage their embed scripts on our own Website. The items we most often use are the partners, speakers, agenda, and sign-up form. Our organization has used Bizzabo for over seven years now. During that time, we have considered switching to other providers. Switching usually costs us more for similar functionality, so we are still on Bizzabo.

Fine for basics, not the most user-friendly tool
We used Bizzabo for hosting event registrations as well as webinar registrations - mostly for single session webinars and things like happy hours or dinners - as well as all of the email engagement features minus sending event/webinar invites. We run 40-50 webinars a year and about the same amount of events. We need a tool that can build out events and webinars efficiently, share data amongst a large team, and provide data that helps us to make better decisions in the future.

In my opinion, Not User Friendly
In my opinion, it's a very tedious process with too much flexibility in setting up registration pages. We need more of a uniform process in our organization. In my opinion, it's not back-end friendly for billing purposes. We require back-up in invoice billing, forcing us to click into each registration to email ourselves the confirmations. I think the steps are also unclear in where the information we're putting in will be displayed on the user end. In my experience, it's been nothing but trial and error learning.

Great product with great customer service
We use Bizzabo to handle both our in-person and virtual events and webinars. We run on average about 3-4 events per month on Bizzabo. The main problems that Bizzabo has solved for us is having a unified platform to support events that allow for both in-person and virtual, as well as included app support, and lastly physical hardware to support check-ins.
We used Bizzabo in the past year for both virtual and in-person events and liked that we had a good amount of control over the email templates, the merge tags we were able to use in comms, the referral marketing functionality, and overall analytics. The in-person check-in experience was also very seamless, which made it easy for our team to make that fluid for attendees.

Bizzabo is easy to use and makes things simple, while still containing multitudes of functionality
We use Bizzabo to create event websites for our internal and external events. We certainly don't utilize all of the features, but the website editor and registration and payment systems are in our consistent rotation and prove themselves useful. The integration with stripe is a big benefit that we're able to take advantage of, and we are appreciative of it!

We use our Bizzabo account to introduce our speakers and meeting participants, and to provide introductions about the content of their talks when we attend third party conferences or sponsored events. Bizzabo also helps us schedule our 1 on 1 meeting with our clients globally so that clients can sign up from the site whenever they want.

Bizzabo review
I leveraged Bizzabo as a platform to collect and manage customer submissions to our annual awards program. Bizzabo successfully provided us with 9 separate forms under one master web page which allowed our users to seamlessly submit awards submissions to multiple categories and allowed me to be able to quickly download review and manipulate the data submitted on the back end.

Bring back event marketing with Bizzabo!
We host numerous in-person events for our customer base. These events can range from 20 - 300 people and we use Bizzabo for the event platform and registration website. We also use Bizzabo internally for our company events. We've used the online / virtual platform for when we do not have the budget for an in-person event. We also use the app for our events.

Best event registrations capturing tool
We generally use Bizzabo to create our event landing pages in order to capture the registrations (both offline and online events). The customisations and the ease of use it has is really commendable. It gives a lot more variety to move around different elements and allows us to fit them in a suitable place where it'd look good for the audience.

My company has used Bizzabo for several years, for all aspects of event management for both in-person and virtual meetings. Bizzabo
In my company, Bizzabo is instrumental for seamless live event management, including streaming and leading virtual events. The platform's user-friendly interface enhances engagement for both organizers and attendees. However, the HTML website builder, a valuable tool, it also has limitations. There is not much flexibility in terms of design, for example very limited possibilities for customised HTML widgets. As we don't have an access to the base code, changes to the overall website layout are almost impossible.

High Hopes and Lackluster Results.
Bizzabo is the organizational event software tool we use for hybrid, in-person, and virtual events. This tool oversees our registration, streaming for virtual/hybrid events, and check-in process. A User Friendly Event Platform.
We use Bizzabo for our bi-annual conferences to promote the event, speakers, and agenda, as well as collect registrations. We use the Bizzabo website builder to build immersive and branded websites for our prospective and registered attendees. We also use the tool for collecting data and doing reporting on our events to see the progress made. We utilize Bizzabo's onsite services for registration support and lead collection for our vendors/sponsors.

Events run right!
Bizzabo helps us coordinate events and schedules when we host in-person conferences. It's been a solid platform for a few years and allows us to coordinate our in-person/hybrid annual customer conference with attendees from across the globe. There has been no issues or challenges with the event platform and it has always met our needs.
