Any time we have had an issue, our issue was looked into and corrected quickly and accurately. If it was something we could have fixed ourselves, they also provide us with work instructions on how to fix it in future instances. Our rep will check in with us from time to time to be sure we are still happy and will answer any concerns we have that we may not have thought to create a case for.

Very hands-on support from BlackLine Reps and the community. Enjoy the conferences and summits they put together, they are very insightful and enjoyable! I have made friends from their events and gained valuable knowledge of their systems and industry standards.

I gave a rating of 7 because it can take a bit of time to receive a support response and then receive a proper resolution. I do try to find the answer on my own in the support community but when the answer is not there I have to submit a support ticket. Sometimes it has felt like I am going in circles to try to get the issue resolved. Ultimately it gets resolved but is not always the most timely process.

In my experience, the support team is beyond exceptional. They are incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to the customer. You can expect prompt, professional and succinct responses. I have been working with the support team for BlackLine for more than ten years where I have been a customer four times. If anyone does Support right, it is definitely BlackLine. Not only can you trust your financials, but you can trust the team to support you through all your objectives!

We love our designated RSM, who responds within minutes of our requests. There is of course the general case log where you can put your issue and BlackLine staff responds usually within a few hours. We prefer one RSM dedicated to our company approach, as they become familiar with where we are in the process, and it is easier to resolve issues as they arise. Also, having one dedicated RSM helps with suggestions for improvements and expansion. We had a confusing experience at one point when we were assigned an Optimization team to help us going forward, but we still had an RSM we loved that knew our instance very well. But besides that, most of the support people we interacted with were able to solve our problems one way or another together with our System Admin.

In my experience, the implementation support has been great and also the ticketing system is good as well. i have not had to wait more than 24 hours for any fixes/updates
