  • PTS: needed to bring a new senior marketing team member up to speed on how we got to our current TV campaign
  • Solution: Series featuring consumer insights, why specific spokesperson, agency brief, the entire creative process - scrips, animatics, rough cuts, feedback, and testing at each step. Including the actual creative from each step.

As a consultant, I found Mulesoft composer access is well suited to find solutions for some typical scenarios that we face in real-time. As a part of Salesforce partner program support, it proves the best and most appropriate solutions. Ever since I started my job Bloomfire has been amazingly helpful at helping me understand my job requirements, finding answers to uncommon questions and issues that arise and it's so easy to use once you start. The only time I haven't been able to find what I need when using it I was able to ask my supervisor for help and they immediately posted my issue in an article that helped my fellow coworkers. Bloomfield is great for getting everyone on the same page.

I love working with the Bloomfire team. They are always willing to help and try to accommodate what is needed. I feel they respect my opinion, thoughts, and needs...they are always looking for ways to improve to make sure we have what we need. If they can't solve an immediate need, they try to figure out a workaround. They are very receptive, open, and communicate very well.

Whenever we get stuck somewhere on business scenarios we can search them on Bloomfire and find some innovative solutions on the same. There are plenty of good examples and workshop modules available on Bloomfire which would help gain knowledge on different integrations and connectors. Some of the Business Development workshops help on gain more knowledge on High-level Integrations.

I needed forms for a specific task I had a deadline for. I was in a time crunch and had to get it done quickly. I have the forms already printed out and saved on my desk but it takes time to go through the different folders and sometimes they are not in the correct folder or all used. So being able to go directly to the search bar and typing in keywords brings up any and all potential forms I may need. I was able to have access, print, and fill out very quickly and get my task done before the deadline.

This platform has many capabilities, but for our company's needs, it is well suited to manage: cross-department content and idea-sharing; sales and customer service inquiries; on-demand education/training; content storage, and organization. I feel that a few scenarios that this platform is not best suited for include: project management/workflow and email marketing integration.

Bloomfire has been very well suited for our use. It's our one-stop knowledge hub. By design, we don't utilize the collaborative functionality. Any company that has information that needs to be shared, viewable by all or a subset, would benefit from Bloomfire. The management of content is very important, which is true regardless of the application being used. Implementing this solution without consideration of who will manage and curate content will result in outdated information quickly.

I think Bloomfire is most appropriate in a medium to large business entity since onboarding can be difficult without an organized tool to prioritize job functions. It would be most well suited for positions that incorporate data analytics/reporting and consist of regular deliverables. So for example: if an accountant wants to learn how to compile a cash flow statement but also has to turn it into a client-facing presentation, there are resources specific to internal accounting and then separate resources (also in the accounting vertical) for data visualizations and client reporting.

If someone asks a question and there is a delayed or no response, this can indicate that additional training may be needed in a specific area.

It is nice to have posts and questions in one place, instead of having a different system to handle each. I prefer this software to a previous one my company used, but sometimes the search is challenging, and that's my biggest problem with it. I do like how when you search, it will show you all of the articles with your search terms and allow you to see each place the term appears in the article before you select it. This is very helpful for our use of Bloomfire, because we have many settings in our software, and I need to be able to easily find articles pertaining to each feature.

With a company as big as MGM, we have changing events on a daily basis. Bloomfire helps us stay well informed regarding shows, room offers, gaming offers, and food and beverage. Due to the Covid virus, a lot of our dining facilities and reduced hours or have closed. We are able to find this info when needed. Bloomfire helps me get through the day.

Finding forms or instructions on doing various HR procedures, payroll, and operations procedures. Often, our corporate office changes and updates forms and Bloomfire allows me to stay current and obtain the correct forms rather than reaching out to HR and asking them. I find as the company is growing, Bloomfire is becoming more valuable to our schools.
