- Variability of contribution types: Posts, questions, and series!
- Tags and categories make things easy to search.
- Some users have mentioned the platform has too much clutter and it's overwhelming, more like a Google than a specific resource.
- I like the analytics (minus the pie charts) because they give a nice at-a-glance look at stats.
- Search function in Bloomfire works very well.
- I think we could use the tags feature more to help the search engine.
- Take out pie charts and use appropriate data visualizations.

- The simplicity allows users from most educational backgrounds to use it, it's not complicated, but user friendly.
- The search bar provides you a method of looking up things if you are in a rush.
- Email notification about new policies or updates on previous ones are sent to - helpful.
- Color or theme change.
- An alert on the side like a msg with the number of new notifications because some employees don't read their emails would be a nice addition.
We use it for updates in my job as everything is changing rapidly.

- The ability to access and edit information is very good. It allows leaders in all departments to change, edit and update information as things change in the company.
- It's very easy to use and navigate. Even for a novice.
- Searching features is not my favorite. Sometimes you [can't] find what you're looking for, even with keywords.
- Posts are displayed in magazine format by most recent.
- Searches are accurate and help people find what they need.
- Series are like playlists and help to assure that the right people get the right content.
- None I can think of.
- Categorizing content can be tailored to meet your specific organizations needs.
- Searching/finding content is easy and intuitive because the search capabilities use every word that all your content contains.
- Grouping information that applies to each other is easy to create and understand with the types of contributions Bloomfire has.
- Creating your organization's Bloomfire page is painless because Bloomfire has a great setup process they walk through with new users.
- PDFs and videos are difficult to work with. The areas where they show are somewhat too small and making the PDF or video full screen takes up too much room if you want to work alongside the PDFs and videos.
- The automated lists add a number to any images that go with the lists. It can be taken out in the code but most of our users are not familiar with code and typing a list by hand takes users much more time to make their contributions.
- The aesthetics are not all changeable. Our users wish we could make the home feed back ground more interesting.
