At the time we changed the solution Bloomreach was much more far in the integration part and all other communication channels were added into the one scenerio builder using unique logic for filtering customers in order to segment them for particular campaigns.

Bloomreach allows for a far more detailed analysis of customer data than the other platforms compared to. The other platforms do provide far more out-of-the-box than Bloomreach, but would not allow us to bring the analytics function of the business in-house as Bloomreach has.

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is probably most unique in its lightweight yet robust architecture. Its scenarios, even ones relying on webhooks and complex logic, run really quickly as well as reliably. Compared to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, it offers a more modular approach to feature licensing and yields more for the cost. Compared to Incomaker, it is a more mature solution and unlike it, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud offers freedom to integrate anything as long as one knows how webhooks work.

Compared to Adobe Campaign, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is a much more modern tool more in line with the latest technologies. It does have a much narrower toolset though, but what limits it in one way allows it to concentrate and deliver very good results. Further to that, by its nature it does have a much shallower learning curve.

Bloomreach is far superior than SFMC as that platform requires too much technical knowledge. Ometria is very good and I would say is quite similar to Bloomreach although I would say Ometria is a smaller company. Dotdigital is also very powerful but not more so than Bloomreach. This being said, Dotdigital and HubSpot does have telephone support which is amazing and something I would like to see from Bloomreach in future or at least shorter wait times for customer support live chat.

Bloomreach is a really easy to use platform compared to other CRM systems and allow faster integration to the other data sources. It allowed deduping services and the ammonization feature for data protection is really easy to set up which fields contain personal information and therefore remove the data when a customer request it.

In my opinion, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is by far much better than other platform I've used before, the level of customisation you can do within the platform both from a marketing point of view but also from an analytics point of view is incredible.

First thing is the ease of using the platform. Although there are courses on how to use the platform, even a person who has never taken the course could do some basic things on the platform, such as identifying a customer and checking their entire history with the company. With the other platforms I worked with, this would be very difficult, because for any action you want to perform, you need to memorize all the many steps to get to the that result.
And the other great thing about Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud vs some of the previous platforms I used is the ability to look at customer behaviour in the past whilst some platforms allow you to look only at the customers current status.

Bloomreach makes a marketer much more self sufficient than Hubspot does. When using Hubspot I was reliant on data professionals providing me with large excel sheets containing all variables used in an email. Bloomreach connects with our data warehouse and as a marketer I can use all this data to create the right segmentations and use the right variables in my email campaigns.
