Bloomreach stacks very well against these platforms especially as the platform includes a good range of services - email scenarios and building, website experiments, and conditional funneling - which interconnect well. This makes the platform 360 very suited for modern, agile businesses that want to stay ahead of competitors.

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud provided a more competitive licensing arrangement and their ability to integrate our source data was the best. They were also the most willing to complete a POC with us; the other two vendors were very lethargic and eventually denied our request for a POC.

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud offers a really high-end solution for clients, and it manages to make many technical tasks really easy to do without the need for coding and more. It works really well with your website via JS infrastructure, which means once you have implemented the tool, you can do almost everything through the app without altering anything on your website.

I've used Mailchimp for email newsletters before, and Bloomreach Engagement's email campaign in part is fairly similar to the equivalent [part] of Mailchimp's. Of course, we have lots more capabilities for user targeting and segmentation [now] with Bloomreach Engagement.

A much more in-depth platform [than] what I was used to when using Mail Chimp. The Bloomreach [Engagement] platform is a quick and easy switch over from the previous platform, Bloomreach [Engagement] seems to offer much more in terms of functionality as well as a much easier and slicker interface to navigate.

The thing that I liked most about working with Bloomreach [Engagement] from the very beginning was the communication and now the human service that our team receives. The support team has been very attentive to our requests and always is able to accommodate them quickly. Bloomreach Engagement is a great platform for reporting. We are able to customize our dashboards and share them with each other. Our user experience has been great and Bloomreach [Engagement] has been able to help us do many things we were not previously doing and other solutions didn't meet our expectations on the services for our segment. E-commerce is very specific and Bloomreach [Engagement] is the solution that meets our demanding requirements.

Better value, more flexibility in terms of campaign setup options, more options included in the basic package, better user interfaces, platform updates seem to happen with more frequency, customer service seems better, and there is always recognition if something doesn't go right from Exponea's end. The drag and drop blocks are great for creating bespoke newsletters.
