Bloomreach is now enabling our next-level marketing strategy in regards to customization, automatization and personalization. After implementing we have cut our time-to-market for new marketing initiatives and automation processes by about 70%, compared to our former product suite from Salesforce.

We have not used it for merchandising yet however we use the reports to make our own informed decisions. We use the personalisation tools for email and web layers to help create learnings that we use further. The scenarios are really good, with many aspects to help make the customer journey as smooth as possible

Personalizing the customer journey on Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is very easy and I would say it's very intuitive as long as you know your business data. That's because the platform is very user-friendly, making things easy for people who have no coding knowledge so that they are able to create their own segments by themselves. So the main impact of the Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud users in my team is giving them autonomy to execute most of their scenarios and reports without the help of others.

In BCE, automations can be created very quickly and everything in this tool can be automated - from automatic data fixing and tracking, to automatic finding of new data like birthday, names, gender and also lot of automated campaigns possibilities with use of ad audiences, webhooks etc.

Recently we have created a range of automations in order to facilitate our day-to-day work and to be able to have frequent data points to measure how we have been performing. It saves time to be able to automate, and the email scenarios are endlessly customizable. We are also getting more and more well-versed in the jinja coding of it all, and it is great to start understanding the full capabilties.

Bloomreach has made it much easier to automate email campaigns. Because Bloomreach is connected to our data warehouse as a marketer I can make a segmentation myself and put those customers into an automated workflow. In the past marketers would be dependent on a data analyst to provide a list of customers who fit the right criteria. This saves time and resources.

We are extensively using to change our marketing content and BRXM provides indepth details on gaps in sales data etc. Bloomreach experience cloud helps us in automating the promotion and content workflows. We extensively use the merchadizing tools to improve our sales.

We're not at this stage yet. For now, we're not using segmentation based on customer traits. Current segmentation is based on the customers selected retail store so we can boost products that have stock in that location. Future segmentation is planned around the customers activity to interpret search queries differently (for example gloves for a janitor are not the same as for a construction contractor)

We have deployed Exponea in 2017 and its Consent management tools helped us to sail through GDPR adoption in May 2018. Our loyalty program continued uninterrupted and we were able to scale-up our marketing automation scenarious in Xmas season 2018. In 2019 we were able to integrate the tool into our SmartApps and hence close our Omnichannel loop. However, we fully cashed on optimized digital experience especially in March-April 2020 during the first lockdown imposed due to looming COVID19 pandemic.
