Very Satisfied with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud
Within a month of a test environment, we deployed our first use case for production six months after licensing. The delay was due to our internal technology team's capacity. If we didn't have the capacity issue, we'd have been in production within 2 - 3 months.

Experience with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud
In our company it took a couple of months of implementation. It wasn't always easy to implement code to our websites and setup reliable tracking. But now Bloomreach Exponea is one of our most reliable tools.
Project still ongoing, running now at 6 months. We were able to start proper development within a week. While we were able to start developing components and document types by the 3rd day, it wasn't after a week before we were able to grasp a workflow for our development process.

Easy to use campaign management
We did not want to rush with it, so it was a long process, because we took our time the experience it, and we started migrating our campaign activities step by step. However the integration was smooth in my experience, now we are working on the data connection part, we would like to export data from the product to the data warehouse.

I would say it is a matter of a couple of weeks, but it depends on the people you are working with and their response time as well. The first result usually comes real quick.

Great product, Support is almost there
The setup of the search engine itself and its databases was done by the technical team, so I can't comment on that, although I suppose that was quite fast. I handled the setup for the Pixel and I feel like this solution would be very easy to implement if you have a site that's using best practices in using the data layer, Tag Manager, etc. We had an outdated legacy webshop with only custom code and that was less straightforward. This is an area we would have liked a bit more proactive support. My advice: reach out to Bloomreach and set up some time with a technical consultant, it will be worth your investment.

Bloomreach review
I have worked with quite a few vendors/platforms and should note that they provide one of the best combinations of features, integration, and customization options and overall return on all investments made to select, implement, scale, and multiply sales & marketing efforts. Has a user-friendly interface and predefined reporting and workflows make working with large amounts of data relatively simple.
We were up and running within 2 weeks. We did our training sessions with the service implemented and used our production instance to train on.

First experience with bloomreach
It took us 2-3 weeks. This is our first time using bloomreach, so we have to read documentation and experiment a lot. After 3 weeks it seems to be easier since we already know what to do and the workflow. The documentation really helps us a lot, but I really hope it gives more example for developers documentation.

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud ROCKS!
It took approx. 4 months. Just to be clear, this is super fast. We are outsourcing IT to our agency, after that we needed to manage the team of our CTO, our marketing team, etc. So managing almost 5 teams (Bloomreach team included) during the setup was super hard - but we made it!

Great tool if you know what you're doing
It took about a month to get everything up and running.
It also requires periodical updates and reviews to ensure the data model robustness and data quality.
We're struggling a bit with the front-end integration as the JS scripts tend to be heavy and put a strain on the page loading time so we needed to optimize that.

(almost) Endless possibilities with Bloomreach
This depends based on the structure of a project, but generally, any e-commerce project can be implemented in 2-4 weeks to be up and running. Then it is generally good to have a 1-3 months period to launch individual campaigns and gather the first data. After that, you can build on this, and after 3-6 months, you will have a very good idea of the success of Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud based on comprehensive data.

Happy in the clouds instead of down in the ssh tunnel
Working from a very complex and large forme version we're still migrating the bulk, but the initial clean version was done in months if not weeks.

Such an efficient and user-friendly marketing tool

We had about 2 months [planning] and setting up until we send our first marketing emails. The support from Bloomreach Engagement's side was good. We still [need] to do some data work from our side but Bloomreach Engagement is now ready.
