I would certainly recommend it as a data / customer comms platform as it's very clever the only reason for a drop in point is some areas are not user friendly and take a lot of learning/training to use i.e. reporting and analysis areas.

It's perfect to use for marketing automation and targeting customers with personalized content at the right time. It's easy to use and it's easy to integrate with other systems.

Improvements that could be made in Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is the reporting function. You don't always get the exact numbers in some cases and it can be hard to track some specific parts.

It is great to do campaigns per segments, we have a lot of options to add the target we want and follow the results.

It is not good for SMS because we don't have much reports to check the results

Bloomreach has great support. So when you feel a bit lost or stuck on a problem, there is always somebody to help you out with your problem. Not just in a chat, but also on zoom call where you can explain or show your problem. Also they always check if the problem is solved the other day and if everything is working as I need.

Bloomreach is not for a beginner; they need proper training before anyone can fully use the features that are provided. It is, however, good for use by people who do email marketing as they need to really know the audience that they are sending their emails to, which Bloomreach can really help in this area.

Well, I think it is a well suited platform if you want to work with a lot of personalisation options. From what I have heard it is also suiable for fast growing companies with a large base. I can imagine when you a company has a tight budget or a small base, a platform like Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud can be less appropiate.

If there is a technical member in the team the team this allows Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud to work on templates.

Our team uses Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud on a daily basis and it helps us to perform our tasks more efficiently. It can support multiple roles such as Data Scientist, Tech, Finance, not limited to Marketing. It has a wide range of features. For instance, reports extractions, dashboard monitoring, Campaign execution, targeting, personalization, integrations, data import, customer behavior tracking to name a few.

It is very well suited to companies that are e-commerce based. I also think if the user already has a CRM the fit is almost perfect as the data syncs are easy and the combination of on site behaviour tracking with first party data is golden! I would recommend this to anyone looking for the whole package!

The big advantage of the tool is that it's "a Swiss knife." I would recommend it because one can find many features in one place and manage the website, email, and analytics from a single platform. It allows testing experiments, A/B tests, and more. A downside could be that it's such a complex tool that a company needs at least one or more dedicated individuals solely for the Bloomreach tool. For larger companies, this is fine, but for smaller ones, it could be a disadvantage.

Well suited: - As mentioned, if you want to implement quick and easy marketing automation, BR is very good at it. - You can set up in a very easy and quick way campaign, which can have a big influence on revenue. - I like the Plug & Play library which we are using quite often to implement Usecases.

It is well suited for big corporations that need personalization and AI to support the business, and for e-shops. Since we don't have such a big database I don't feel like we can use all of the functionalities. Learning with the program is also quite challenging, especially without any "academy" or long training. It takes some time (months) to learn to navigate the system by yourself.

The marketing automation capabilities of Bloomreach work well. Email, SMS, and paid advertising can all be looped into tailored automated marketing flows. The challenge with Bloomreach is the lack of out-of-the-box reporting solutions and the complexity of setting up reporting. Smaller businesses without the analytical capability in-house may struggle to use the full extent of the solution.

It is a system where we keep range of important information about individual customers, probably the best place to start a case analysis when a complaint or dispute surfaces. Its analytic capabilities are very powerful tool for understanding customers en masse as well as segmenting them in order to provide the correct service to them. It is very important to understand the data being measured and avoiding name-based assumptions.
