I have never contacted Bloomreach support, as we have a team that acts as the contact group for Bloomreach. My only issue with Bloomreach is the friendliness of the interface, which our group addressed by doing sessions on how to use Bloomreach. Our Business is also renewing its contract.

The live chat can be extremely helpful with certain questions, they are able to provide screenshots and give step by step instructions on how to achieve a specified outcome when it comes to the functionalities of the platform.

For requested outside of their scope, I have amazing support for my Customer Success Manager who seems to always have a solve to my problems. This CSM is very knowledge and willing to do the back ground resource to find the best solution to support my efforts. The support is amazing, especially with the ability to contract Specialist to build out custom scenarios and optimize performance.

Because if it's efficient support in implementing the platform. My colleagues have great experience on this element. Personally, I think the documentation is very helpful. Especially because I'm relative new to this field of work. Sometimes I need some more information on, for example Jinja. I have used the documentation on multiple occasions and I think it is very helpful!

We are happy with the way that the Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud team supports our organization for two years already. One suggestion though is to have a local/regional (Southeast Asia) single point of contact wherein we can talk to that person in real-time. The timezone difference is not a hindrance but is nice to be improved for more efficiency.

The team was always there to support me. Another great tool is the always-on-chat support in the platform with very helpful support team on the other end. If you have a complex problem there is always someone there who knows the solution or can offer ways around it. Great support, some of the best!

I've had great conversations with customer support where they ask many lead questions to understand my request properly. They take their time with me and I think that is a great customer experience, not only that - they take their time to explain how they come up with solutions.

Multiple levels of support depending on your contract, the basic stuff can be easily addressed via support chat directly in the platform, more complicated issues can be solved via consulting if you order it or you can find a lot of agencies on the market working with this solution.

we are provided with an account manager knowledgable of local market who speaks my colleagues' native language. They run a fortnightly call with us to present new features available to us as well as to discuss ways we employ the platform in our business. As they are also available to retrieve a technical information quite promptly, we couldn't be more satisfied. Where most products require a third-party consulting, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud provides directly, including the service in the bundle.

Great dedicated support team with weekly catch-ups and quarterly reviews, plus the live chat function is very responsive and helpful. I've been working with my account team for 2 years now, and feel like they are an extension of the internal team - they're great to work with, really get our business, and always quick to help.

i have had to contact the Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud support team multiple times, and 9 times our of 10 their response time has been more than adequate. They are very knowledgeable and escalate if needed. On certain edge cases they have gone above and beyond to assist and provide workable solutions

Support is usually fast and helpful. Reply is given in a short time period and employees have a great knowledge. FOr consultation sometimes it is difficult and/or takes a longer time to find a time slot. However sometimes the help is only sharing the documentation, but a quick review of the implemented task would be more appreciated
