Bloomreach has it all CDP, Automation and ESP. Very intuitive and easy to use. The support team is very helpful and running scenarios is easy. Data is organised nicely due to hard identifiers and soft identifiers. The ability to create HTML blocks and reuse them across all campaigns (header/footer) is a great time saver.

It is very well suited to companies that are e-commerce based. I also think if the user already has a CRM the fit is almost perfect as the data syncs are easy and the combination of on site behaviour tracking with first party data is golden! We use Bloomreach for Email campaign deployment by setting up the scenarios for online customers (by shopify integration) and offline customers (Importing csv files)
  • Creating Email Templates is very simple
  • Creating scenarios and setting up the scenario logic is not that much complicated
  • Data Imports are more accurate based on the data manager
  • While Importing the offline data, sometimes the auto detection is failed to detect the csv file
  • While we import with wrong mapping, even after pressing escape before the import starts, its not cancelling the import. it start running. It would be great if it stops the import
  • it would be great if we receive email for successfully finished imports too
Bloomreach is well suited for creating scenarios and target specific user and deploying the emails
