We used some of them depending on the situation. BlueJeans is better to set calls with clients. Teams is better for regular communication and quick calls. The other tools work fine too. I prefer BlueJeans because I'm more used to it.

I would say Skype for Business gave us the worst experience.
Teams are easy and very convenient; however, it is not useful for clients outside the organization.
Some clients use Zoom and work perfectly fine. However, I feel it a bit more complicated than BlueJeans.

Compared to Skype, there is no comparison. Skype was horrible. BlueJeans is comparable to Teams. Both are available through an App on the phone, which is a great function.

The connection on BlueJeans is easy and simple. Our organization controls a lot of policies but BlueJeans appears to have no problems given the security of our network. The BlueJeans apps are nice and quick. The simplicity of BlueJeans helps out a lot as the important things are easy to find and operate on.

Webex used to have an awkward design in many ways, graphic and technical. It did not have the option to get audio on the phone many times. It was too bad. Webex recorded every conversation automatically. Therefore the saving drive was filled very fast. The saving space was minimal also. I do not see these problems on BlueJeans, audio is more precise, we have more space, and there is no automatic recording. I did not select BlueJeans, but I am happy someone did.

Microsoft Teams and Skype (although now are both merged, I believe) - the limitation with Teams is the lack of a dial-in feature for callers to join outside of our organization. For fast texting and speaking one on one, I prefer Teams to either Skype or BlueJeans - not a fair comparison since that is not what BlueJeans is designed for. At a previous employer, we used GoToMeeting, and although it was more reliable at starting, it lacked the sound and video quality of BlueJeans.

BlueJeans has provided a better product than it's competitor's time after time. As I interact with other companies, I'll have to use different communication tools, and BlueJeans are always the more seamless enjoyable meetings. Other tools have issues with communication, audio options don't work consistently, and there are still a few meeting attendees that can't get the full meeting due to technical issues.

Easier to schedule meetings in BlueJeans, and far easier to automatically record and share webinars, compared to Adobe. I don’t use Cisco Webex much since it is inferior to Adobe.

None of these had better collaboration options like whiteboarding or polling or a way to raise your hand to be recognized by a moderator. It would be great if BlueJeans could integrate with Cisco or other SIP/VOIP endpoints.

Noise cancellation used to be bad on BlueJeans, there has been noticeable improvement there.

Teams is better with integration of the entire Microsoft ecosystem, the calendar can be sent directly through email/Outlook vs. having to set it up separately at BlueJeans. BlueJeans also has issues with dial-ins from mainland China (no direct dial-in numbers). But the software is easy to install and very intuitive to use.
