I prefer Skype for Business to BlueJeans as I think there is easier functionality and far less glitch in the software. Although BlueJeans is free, I think paying for Skype for Business ensures that we will be able to have a skip-free, large meeting of over 25 participants when neede which is incredible.

From the three that I listed, my personal favorite for me to use is Zoom, but supporting other users I prefer BlueJeans because it is the easiest to maintain from an IT standpoint. If a user is unable to connect from the meeting link, the meeting ID and passcode are embedded in the link so I have shown them how to copy and paste them into the standalone application.

We've used a number of different platforms over the years. BlueJeans is probably among the top, if not for anything more than the video sharing component.

In its initial release, BlueJeans brought features to the video conference spectrum that were very cutting edge and attractive. Over the years, other video conferencing apps have taken features from others and made it their own. As a whole (and especially now with having been with WebEx at my previous company and loathing it and converting to BlueJeans and then coming over to my current role with BlueJeans and recently going to WebEx), I will say BlueJeans has more user intuitive design and feature aspects.

Zoom and GoTo are solid platforms and have better video resolution, but the BlueJeans package is exponentially more flexible and user-friendly.

Since our original review, we have opted to move to Zoom. The platform has out-developed and out-performed BlueJeans in all categories. While BlueJeans still has a place in the VC world for those seeking ease of use and simplicity, Zoom's feature set and path forward ultimately lead us to switch. We did have a wonderful experience with BlueJeans while the product was right for us.

I've had connections issues, videos freezing, audio feedback and untraceable echos using the past AV solutions we've implemented. Lack of consistency with quality was another issue we've had with our previous vendors. With BlueJeans there rarely has been a problem in these areas. The few times there have been issues, we've found the problem was either user error or a Cisco telepresence hanging.

We have had more issues with the quality of the call when compared to other platforms, but the accessibility in being able to share a screen has been a game changer for us. The blips in call quality are minor and did not change our general decision to go with BlueJeans for the service we have needed.

UberConference is great for basic conference calls with out requiring a pin. We still use UberConference every single day. GoToMeeting we're starting to use because they're easy for screen sharing. FreeConferenceCall.com was just a mistake. We also used BrandedBridge for a while but I don't think they're in business anymore because we had a series of dropped calls and it was never resolved.

I selected BlueJeans prior to evaluating the other services. My company has added Zoom and WebEx Teams to its portfolio. Right now, the other two are outperforming BlueJeans in performance, ease of use, and cost.

Webex is not as user friendly for end users, the client experience is unhelpful with a high number of end user support tickets. The capacity and licensing was also difficult to manage. The features and options for company wide meetings and the consolidation of all meeting rooms to one solution was also not possible when we reviewed them.

Well, when we searched the program to use, of course we wanted a good relation between price and service. BlueJeans offer a good price and gives us the minimum requirements that we were searching for.

We measured all of the listed offerings against a checklist of requirements. While BlueJeans did not perform better in all of the areas, it did perform better in a majority of the items. The cost for BlueJeans is higher than some of the other solutions, and this does force us to constantly evaluate the market for a solution which may be able to compare or exceed BlueJeans and yet have a lower total cost.
