Change management was minimal
It wasn't an issue at all. We have 70+ VC rooms and were using Polycom RealPresence Desktop for PCs and mobile devices, but that wasn't a great experience at all. BlueJeans made things easy for us. Our organization has a little over 100 people; so, the only "change" was that "management" itself became easier.

Change management was minimal
We were made aware that our contract with our past conference sharing vendor was ending and we would be fully using BlueJeans moving forward. We had previously used BlueJeans anyways for calls, so it wasn't too difficult to learn how to use. My team worked together to figure out how to use the screen share for demos and training calls.

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled
Engaging users early in the project was critical to the success of it. Having developed training materials, sessions etc. was not enough as users didn't understand the value in the proposition, it had to be more direct and visible to capture their interest and drive them to want to use the new solution.

Change management was minimal
It honestly wasnt bad from a systems perspective, once tied into our google calendars we were able to go live in about 10 minutes. It was a little harder to segment our staff into who got bluejeans and who didnt, but we found that by using roles and tying them to apps in out SSO we could autimate the process for new hires

Change management was minimal
Not entirely sure, but if its asking if we needed to change who managed things like this no, it was just integrated into the company and IT covered taking care of the admin things. It was very simple and is just one of those things you need in a company .
