BlueJeans at the time we purchased was the best solution at the time. Since then Zoom has made strides and I feel that BlueJeans pushed education too far back on its priorities. Administration is still the best of any competitor, but quality has waned.

For us, pricing mattered, but the product also had to meet standards of function. BlueJeans fit what we needed.

We all know that different users have different degrees of technical knowledge, so usability is a big feature in our organization. We also need to have the necessary functions to share any item that we would want to share in a normal face-to-face meeting.

It was used by the most important organization in sports, that is the International Olympic Committee, so that was good enough for us! And our IT company recommend to us this platform because it was a very secure one in comparison with others on the market, so we decide to go with BlueJeans.

Ease of use, and a very non-invasive, downloadable app. Many users have been very pleased with how easy it is to use compared to other platforms. The consistent feedback response we receive from end users is how simple the whole process was. So, yes... ease of use is the single most important factor.

Usability with the confidence in the security posture backing up the solution was the overriding factor. I was invited to a BlueJeans call by one of my enterprise customers and the experience was impressive that I threw out all other solutions we were evaluating. It was a no-brainer for us.

We have 70+ VC Rooms across the country. However, I did not want my teams to be tied down to these for meetings. I wanted them to be able to connect from anywhere, using any device, but also to be able to connect through rooms. I did evaluate BlueJeans against Lifesize and Webex but chose BlueJeans because of some features (no. of participants, ease of connecting through VC rooms, moderator controls, layouts).

It seems as though BlueJeans was selected as it is used across the board already and people have had good luck with using it. For the most part, everyone has used it and many of our clients use it for calls as well. I am not sure about the price but I imagine it works well for my company!

It was force on our development group by upper management. One of the rare tools that was force down from management that we enjoy using and wish that more people in the company could use

"Ease of use" is the top phrase that comes to mind with BlueJeans - from an account management level to the platform's simplicity when used with desktops and 3rd party conference room systems. Just like your favorite, worn-in pair, BlueJeans quickly becomes a comfortable, familiar technology. Deployment on an enterprise level was smooth thanks to BlueJeans excellent technical support.

Our users. In our organization, our users come first and we value their opinion. So when we left Lifesize for Bluejeans, we were thrilled to know productivity and collaboration has skyrocketed, and overall usability has made a leap. Thanks to bluejeans we have a ton more features and alot more positive reviews

The price is low and considering the reliability and the features, especially the possibility to make other people join oversee, even with phone, that is a great deal to us. Since we don't have many meeting, we also share the same channel among all the department using only one user so it is even less expensive

We did a trial just within IT to see if Bluejeans was any better than out existing solution. The difference in call quality really pushed bluejeans over to a yes and when we put the switch over to a vote, it was almost unanimous to make the move to bluejeans.

the price was competitive to other competitors, I found very interesting the fact that it is possible to open (from a single account) contemporary more meeting.. not all the other tools allow this possibility.

The single most important factor for any company is of course cost to performance. We need something that will be relatively inexpensive but works and has a power admin interface to do a lot of thing. Blue jeans was there when we wer looking and for the past couple years it has stayed and we are continuing to use it now.
