General a/v and networking skills. PC technicians as well as video specialist. The command center is easy to access, however it takes a little greater skill set to understand the Audio and Video connectivity graphs.

The beauty of BlueJeans and its interface is that no special skills are required to support BlueJeans in our organization. Merely logging into the command centre and finding your way around gives enough information that leads to solutions. I have found BlueJeans support (on live chat) pretty responsive, and any issues I have faced have been resolved more than 90% of the time during a single chat session. None of the 5 principal users of BlueJeans in our company are IT professionals, but we manage meetings without any issues.

Knowledge of program, and troubleshooting techniques for most video conferencing software. Because of the recent shift to online platforms for education, most end users are becoming very knowledgeable on how to use Zoom, Teams, etc... and BlueJeans shares a similar layout design and control. All of our support staff for BlueJeans work for the ITS dept.

I am not an IT person, just a frequent user. The only "skill" needed to support BlueJeans within my organization is to WANT to use it, and figure out how it can best work for you. I like to explore every feature, and use it. That's all the skill that is required. Ease of use is what is key.

Knowledge of the BlueJeans command center. However anyone with a basic to moderate understanding of computers and website navigation along with videoconference support experience should be able to support BlueJeans.

A deep understanding for how software and how videoconferencing works. Knowledge in networking and different room configurations. Whether its lifesize or Polycom codecs. Mac mini provisioning. Or Using and installing the new bluejeans rooms hardware. I come from a deep audiovisual background where we use crestron for control and having that knowledge has really helped me leverage to the next level

I don't think any particular skill is required. We just need anyone that is able to run a computer and install an application. In our startup we all have sufficient technical expertize to proceed on our on to install and use it.

Really we just rely on our tier two onsite IT support to troubleshoot issues with the system. As far as installation we worked with bluejeans and conferencing advisors to get all of our rooms across the country set up with bluejeans. normal troubleshooting has been minimal, and often is just that the intel NUC that controls the system is running an update or powered off.

Our IT team manages blue jeans if anything wer to happen. There is not much management that needs to go on when setting this up. At most the issues that you will face will involve networks having issues more than blue jeans having an issue. The only other time we would need to manage calls and such would be during all hands sessions.
