Joining a meeting is very simple. I always use the web version as that works best within our firewall access and getting to the meeting quicker. Once I use the "webrtc" link, I am logged in VERY QUICKLY, from there I just need to dial the number and add in my passcode to identify who I am and the meeting is a GO! Turning my video or audio off is very easy once I join so no complaints there.

Joining a meeting couldn't be simpler. Whether through a "Join Meeting" click of the mouse in your email invite, opening up in your web browser and you're in the meeting (after picking options like using both audio and video or audio only). Or starting up as moderator through the Dolby base station unit in our conference room, with entering a meeting ID and password and you're good to go, it is so simple and easy. Gone are the days of low-rent FaceTime calls or using systems online where the participants had to download this plugin or that driver, or have the latest versions of Flash, with clients getting frustrated with it all.

Joining a meeting with BlueJeans is fairly simple, and one of the reasons we chose the service. But every other aspect of the BlueJeans service did not meet our expectations in terms of video quality, audio, or reliability.

The platform is very easy to use in all of the different ways of joining a meeting. The quality of communication is very good. I have had meetings with several people in different locations, each connecting through a different mode (computer, phone) and calls always run fine without problems.

I think that it is a super easy platform to use. From a user standpoint, it is clear on how to join a meeting and all of the features. From a host standpoint, it is also easy to understand the different features which are helpful when people have trouble signing in.

The experience of joining a meeting couldn't be easier. The user just clicks a link in an email or uses the Meeting ID to join on in. Once they're in, they enter their name and are good to go. They even have a dedicated phone number for those who need to join the meeting by phone instead of on a computer.

Overall it is quite easy to use. The only reason that it was not rated higher is due to the few times that it is slow or a colleague or client is having difficulty joining the meeting. I am not sure if this was due to their computers or other factors.

Occasionally it has taken a few attempts to log in and be in the correct meeting. Sometimes I seem to have logged into the same meeting twice which it does not tell me.

Normally, once I am logged in the video and speakers work well. I was invited to a Zoom meeting last week with a client and although I could see her she was not able to hear me. This does not seem to happen on BlueJeans.

Setting up a meeting is very easy. Starting and joining meetings is very easy. It supports multiple devices. The bandwidth requirements are low. It handles 2 or 10 people seamlessly. The interface is easy to understand. Very rare that people have to "fiddle" to turn on their camera or share their screen.

Once the client is installed and set up on mobile or desktop, it's a pretty quick and seamless process to join. I would like to see more Mac support as a priority since, in the tech space, this is 95%+ of our client base's usage (and ours).

Sometimes people have a difficult time getting the app downloaded or getting their camera or mic turned on - but I feel like that is probably user error. I love that when someone turns their camera off in a meeting they disappear from the screen. It is easy to use, join, and understand!
