BlueJeans is a cloud-based web conferencing and unified communications software with multi-vendor, multi-device interoperability with both mobile and browser integration for businesses of any size. BlueJeans also provides several collaboration tools and integration with commonly used applications.https://media.trustradius.com/product-logos/3D/pB/JIJ514N302NX.PNGMy everyday experienceI work at the University of Valley of Guatemala, and we currently use BlueJeans as our only video conference platform. We use it for directors, for e-learning courses, for talks and webinars, and for Facebook broadcast. Basically the whole organization, teachers and students and directors, are using BlueJeans as an alternative option for other others platforms like Skype or WebEx. We like that we can record the session and also that BlueJeans is really easy to use and can be installed on many devices. We can also use it with the conference codec we have without the need of purchasing an additional plugin. I have been able to try some other platforms like Zoom but I found BlueJeans the best cost effective solution for us.,Easy to use and install on many devices and very intuitive. The GUI app is very friendly and you only have just the right amount of options you need to make the conference work: share screen, chat, control over your camera and mic. For the users, this is great since you don't have to spend a lot of time teaching them how to use BlueJeans. The compatibility with the videoconference codecs we have (Polycom, LifeSize, etc). There's no need for extra plug-ins. You just dial to the BlueJeans IP address and enter the meeting ID and passcode, and you're done. The recording option is excellent for the unlimited storage on the cloud and the option to locally download the recordings.,The app 2.0 has some missing options, like the option to directly send an invite by entering the email address to add new people, and some problems, like a black screen for certain users. We understand that this is a new version and might have some bugs, but we hope you can fix it soon. It needs the ability for a moderator to share content like videos or record without the need of a BlueJeans user login. Some users are able to share videos with sound and some users are not. I guess that depends on the PC sound settings, but it would be nice to have a brief guide on how to share videos with sound.,10,BlueJeans has saved on travel and time for the participants and has enabled the option for students and other people to attend class remotely. It has saved money on buying new equipment, especially for Facebook broadcasting, since we can use our current video conference codec to broadcast on Facebook. BlueJeans has enabled people to have meetings with their teachers after class to review a topic that was not clear, and the integration with CANVAS.,I have access to manage some BlueJeans accounts and to the admin section. This feature is great since it helps me to check the current meeting and also to troubleshoot connectivity issues with the attendees when a meeting is taking place. Also it helps me to track the number of recordings and the usage, which is great for reporting.,UserZoom,9,We have used BlueJeans with Slack for notifications. It is good but not all the employees use Slack. Most of them uses their personal phone to communicate business messages, so they use Whatsapp. We also have the integration with Google Calendar and Outlook for scheduling meetings, but still the problem of using those integration is that people don't use Outlook that much. Most of the time, we go to the BlueJeans account to schedule meetings.BlueJeans Is A Great Videoconference And Screensharing OptionBlueJeans is used for more high profile meetings in our more technologically advanced conference rooms. It is also available to the entire organization as an option for specific needs. The main need is if presenters would like to share videos. The teams the currently uses BlueJeans the most are our Pristine Seas team and the Education team. For both, it provides that video sharing functionality that other services do not currently have.,Customer service is great! A company may have a great product but if customer service is terrible, that company may lost customers. On the other hand, a company may have an ok product but the customer service is so exceptional, that it might not even matter what the product is. With BlueJeans, both the product and customer service are top quality! Our major selling point is that BlueJeans provides a way to seamlessly share videos remotely. No other platform we have tried has a way of doing this as well as BlueJeans. BlueJeans is also very flexible on the amount of people that may join a call. Customer service may provide options for even higher counts (150+) if needed. The BlueJeans analytics for each meeting are an important part for any company looking to have a transparent eco friendly approach. We often share how many miles, gas, etc. funds have been saved because the meeting was virtual instead of in person.,Video sharing could be made better by allowing people to simply go through their presentation (Keynot/PowerPoint, etc.) without having to upload the video ahead of time (I believe BlueJeans is working on this). Providing an option to choose what join information to share with remote participants would also be great. Currently, every option is sent (joining from phone, mobile, and a videoconference unit). Most of the time, we are sending to participants who do not and will not be using a videoconference unit. I usually just delete that information from the message, but it would be easier (and one less step) if that could be an option.,9,Money saved on travel expenses for remote participants. (Food, transportation, hotels, etc.) Time savings on important matters; instead of waiting a day or 2 to coordinate travel to get a remote participant in town to discuss, we can set up a BlueJeans meeting within minutes. Better remote experience for our teams that have a large catalog of video content that must be share with remote participants.,Google Hangouts, Skype for Business (formerly Lync), Zoom, WebEx Event Center and GoToMeeting,8,BlueJeans may be integrated with calendars. However, since BlueJeans is not our main platform, we do not use that feature. We do not use many of the BlueJeans integration features because of the other platforms we mainly use.,The command center is well equipped for our needs to monitor usage, administer rights to users, view and print up meeting analytics, etc. It also helps us in troubleshooting issues that are reported in meetings.,5,5,Using it so share videos International phone dialing options Recording meetings,As a way to document meetings (recording) without necessarily having someone on the other end As a way to interface with non BlueJeans videoconference products,As better features are added, BlueJeans becomes more valuable Hoping to take advantage of some new features in the works,5,Google Hangouts, WebEx Event Center, GoToMeeting, Zoom,Yes,Product Features Product Usability Prior Experience with the Product,I'm not sure if it would change too much or at all.,Implemented in-house,No,Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled,User testing User adoption,8,Online training Self-taught,8,Yes. There may be a slight learning curve for those with admin rights...,8,Perhaps provide a way to have global settings for different groups. For example, an admin team may want to have remote participants muted on entry, but other meetings may not want that option. Although this setting may be set on a per meeting (or recurring meeting) basis, maybe it could also be tied to a group or team...,No - there is no facility to customize the interface,No - the product does not support adding custom code,No configuration has been made,7,Yes,Yes...We have been dealing with an issue for most of the year where audio would drop out for one of our remote participants from only one of our conference rooms. We tried everything, including switching out systems, rewiring the rooms, upgrading firmware, etc. The BlueJeans team sat in on a couple of calls and provided more details regarding what could possibly be happening. Some of these calls lasted 4 hours! They did not have to do that, but they did. Although the issue was not resolved (we think it's just a bad room, although it is one of our more technically advanced rooms), we appreciate the support team going above and beyond....,Chat Screensharing Mic control options,Video sharing Polling/Q&A,Yes,8,10,9,Google Calendar,Google Hangouts,Single Signon,9,Ensure you have the right components necessary for a successful integration.,8,8,N/A,Keep the lines of communication open!,No,Pending upgrade: video sharing process improved!,Video sharing is supposed to be seamless (no more pre uploads!) Better audio quality New interfaces with better navigation,No,NoBlueJeans gets the job done no matter where you areBlueJeans was used across all departments in our company up until the end of June. It was used heavily by the Digital Products team that develop apps for the company from the Seattle office and NY office. It helped keep teams well connected no matter where they were physically located.,The ability to set global preferences on your account for things like "mute on entry" or "Don't show video" were a huge plus. Plug-in integration with Outlook and Slack was very well built Setting up reoccurring meetings within the app was a breeze,From my perspective as a desktop engineer who packaged and deployed this app, it was fairly obvious that the PC devs knew what they were doing and the Mac app was a bit of an afterthought. It took me a good 2-3 months of escalating a ticket to finally get the dev team to properly package their app for mass deployment on the Mac side. Previous to my ongoing push, the app would only successfully install if a user were logged in versus being installed while the user were logged out like many other apps can be done via an MDM system. Audio and video quality were always an ongoing issue with BlueJeans. If more than 10 people were on a call, audio would cut in and out constantly. Video quality even in 1:1 calls was blurry/grainy. BlueJeans claimed to suppress auto-updates from their mass deployment webpage but I still found the package to always auto update anyways which wasn't necessarily a bad thing except for when a new version came out and I wasn't prepared for it, I would quickly have to adjust my deployment scope to exclude installing the now older version of BlueJeans over the newer version.,7,Saved lots of money on travel Allowed employees in any office even remote workers who work from home to collaborate Works well with all platforms (PC, Mac, Linux and mobile phones. This was great from a versatility standpoint,I used this at my previous job and it was really well designed and provided all of the controls and features that any moderator of a meeting would need to be successful. The ability to mute all participants as well as to boost the mic level on quieter participants was especially nice to hace available.,Webex Meetings, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype for Business (formerly Lync), Skype and Polycom RealPresence Group SeriesBlueJeans for large-scaling companiesMy whole company uses BlueJeans widely, across every department. Every employee is on-boarded with SSO enabled access to a BJ account, to be able to log in and activate/license an account. We use BJ for every type of VC scenario; from external calls to clients, to internal department meetings, reviews, QBR's, etc. This helps a global company, such as mine, to connect offices and users around the world.,High Quality video High Quality audio Low latency Excellent customer support,Adding further API support for some systems Adding more features to the Admin Console web-interface Improving the mobile phone app for Apple users - adding more functionality.,10,More productive meetings Reduced hassle on travel Improved recruitment processes,We perform a quarterly All-Hands company wide and connect every global office in that process. BlueJeans enables the company to do this with ease and allow users around the globe to listen in and attend the meetings stress-free. The technical departments rely on BJ to do this with very little issues.,BJ itself has very good SLA's and there are rarely issues with it. The major IT Tickets come from hardware issues with VC systems and User-Error problems. BJ is a reliable platform that makes supporting a large and scaling company much more easy than it would with another conferencing system.,Commander Center works really great for monitoring users, live meetings, reports and statistics included. We are able to proactively monitor and understand up to date information regarding all calls and meetings, globally. BJ is constantly updating features and the added help with their customer support makes IT Admins very happy in our company.,Zoom and GoToMeetingBlueJeans has the genes of modern communicationBlueJeans is being used by the whole organization across the UK. Technology Consultants and Business Consultants including the VPs use it the most. It addresses the fundamental issue that any Consultant faces, presence on multiple projects while traveling.,Connectivity. Clarity of Video and Audio. Easy of recording sessions and revisiting them. Scheduling meetings from the portal.,Improve compatibility with slower internet connections.,10,Saved on travel. More productive meetings. Recording archives to revisit the presentations.,This particularly helped when we had squad meetings and squad members could have their own areas.,Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and GoToMeetingGreat for Small MeetingsIt used across the whole company for all video meetings. With 11,500 employees it get a huge amount of use in all areas. I personally use it about 3 times a day. It is available throughout the world where wifi or phone signal exists and with the video being available it increases the acceptance and communication in meetings and reducing the need to travel.,The ability to show your screen to an audience is perfect and you don't have to be strong in IT to understand how to use this. Its simplicity. Easy to use with external customers and downloading the app is simple.,BlueJeans video is only as good as the camera on the PC and we mostly use PC cameras for meetings. You can often hear people tapping their keys on a laptop during meetings.,9,Massive saving on travel budget and time. We achieve more in meetings with the video turned on.,We generally use it for small meetings (less than 10 people) for larger meetings it works well but with everyone on mute. We have used it for up to 200 people with good effect and Q&A being used as appropriate.,LiveWebinarGreat for video interviews and conference, unlike Zoom, it works in ChinaIt is used as a standard phone and video conference platform for the entire organization. I use it to interview job candidates and conduct remote meetings.,Easy to join, system punches in the access codes automatically, even if you dial in through phone Ability to control audio/video access All features of app would work as if you are dialed in through the app, even though you are dialed in through the land/cell line Works in China!!! The app automatically adjusts to the quality of bandwidth available to user to ensure optional quality of video and audio,N/A,10,Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in China; more revenue and operational efficiency and happier customersBlueJeans: Are they out of style?BlueJeans is being used across our organization, specifically for board meetings and connecting folks to larger all-staff meetings as we push forward action items on our strategic plan. I, as Executive Director, use it the most, as I am the one who usually initiates all-staff and board meetings. It has historically assisted us with connecting team members on virtual meetings.,BlueJeans is great at making a meeting link and making it easy to invite people to meetings via email. BlueJeans is generally easy to use and has a relatively well-designed interface. I think BlueJeans is much like a lot of meeting applications that people have used before so the learning curve isn't bad.,BlueJeans is among the longest lag-time for any virtual meeting software that I've used. I think the design and forward-facing parts of BlueJeans could be spiffed up and made to look a little more modern. I wasn't impressed with the glitchy calls we have been navigating, that we don't see on Skype for Business.,5,I think using BlueJeans has helped us connect board members more easily plug into existing workflows. BlueJeans has encouraged us to meet more often, as it's easier to schedule meetings when you can just hop in anytime. BlueJeans does save money on travel and staff time for travel as it makes it possible to meet remotely often.,Skype for Business (formerly Lync)BlueJeans is amazingly easy to support from an IT perspective.BlueJeans is being used for video conferencing. It is one of several that we use, but I will say that it is the least troublesome and the easiest to support. BlueJeans can be used from pretty much any device, gives users an option to record the meeting for viewing later, and you can dial into meetings if the need arises. I have the standalone version deployed to all of the users that need it, and the only issue that I have seen is that sometimes it will try to download BlueJeans again instead of launching in the preinstalled application.,Allows access from any device Gives users the option to record meetings Chrome plugin is available,Occasionally see audio quality issues from users in other countries. Screen sharing causes high CPU usage with some users Some users can't connect when clicking the meeting link. This could be a permissions issue though.,8,Positive is it allows global users to connect Positive is it allows users of almost any device to connect Negative is a lot of troubleshooting has been performed without documentation provided,My user have just recently started using BlueJeans rooms. No reported issues with this feature yet, but if I see any in the near future I will update my review.,Skype for Business, Zoom and Adobe Connect,Zoom, Adobe Connect, Cisco WebEx Teams (formerly Cisco Spark), Skype for BusinessBlueJeans is a top tier solution. We have deployed BlueJeans across the company and all departments and meeting rooms. We use it for all meetings including very large monthly company-wide meetings. We have managed to cut travel budgets and enhance existing meetings through the use of video technology. The end user experience is the best I have seen from a meeting and conference platform.,Integrates well into the business environment, it is fully integrated into Office 365 which has helped reduce admin overhead for our teams. The audio quality with the introduction of the Dolby Audio is fantastic. Using the system is very simple and straightforward which really helped with the adoption process and minimises ongoing end user support.,When using video this does put strain on older equipment. It causes large CPU spikes on laptops which can cause some inconvenience. A lighter weight protocol or application optimisation would be an advantage. Enhancing the features for whiteboarding would be great. An easy way for users to pin their local dial-in numbers so when needed meetings can be joined quickly without scrolling through the long list of numbers.,9,Reduced the amount of business travel to locaised meetings. This has grown as the adoption and expectation that people use video within the calls. Reduction in overall cost as multiple legacy solutions have been removed and now any member of staff can host or attend a meeting without the consideration for capacity. Enhanced company-wide meetings, the ability for our sales folk to connect from a mobile and see our CEO in monthly meetings is fantastic.,Webex Meetings,10,We have Bluejeans fully integrated with our meeting rooms for one-click join when you enter the room, this works with standard room bookings so very straightforward for users to use. It is also fully integrated into outlook and the users' calendars through the office 365 plug-in which has removed the requirement to manage and update an outlook plug-in.BlueJeans - Ditch Your Rack-Mounted CodecBlueJeans is used firm-wide to create a flexible video conferencing platform accessible to all users, both locally and remotely. It also integrates with our Level III audio bridge service.,BlueJeans is extremely easy to use and is complemented by its feature set including an Outlook add-in and ability to record meetings. The recent addition of Dolby Digital audio has noticeably increased the audio quality of meetings. Customer service is phenomenal. Whether troubleshooting or testing a new BlueJeans feature, their support is extremely responsive and knowledgeable.,Resolution is currently capped at 720p. We would like to see up to 1080p supported. Otherwise, it's hard to find cons...,8,It provides less technical users a simple, consistent platform for connecting. Incredible savings on travel time.,Although we do not use BJN Rooms because of our complex conference room systems and additional tech requirements, we have evaluated this product. For those seeking a set-it-and-forget-it huddle space, look no further. This is the least expensive approach to an AV system out there and can most likely be accomplished using tech already under your roof.,Command Center is an invaluable tool that helps run meetings, review audio and video quality when something goes wrong and provides excellent analytics. We used Command Center nearly every day to monitor ongoing meetings.,Zoom and GoToMeeting,Symphony Talent, Visual Studio Test Professional, OwnBackup for Service Now,No,Product Features Product Usability Existing Relationship with the Vendor,Prior to BlueJeans, the firm did not have a standard soft codec video conferencing platform. Given that video conferencing is now an essential part of doing business, selecting a replacement product is much different from selecting a platform for the first time. If we were to do it over, I would recommend contacting several (approx 4-5) different VC app providers and asking their sales teams for full demonstrations. Then we would select our favorite two and conduct user testing.BlueJeans, a valuable tool!We use BlueJeans as a tool during team meetings when we need to have more of a personal touch. BlueJeans allows us to engage our webcams to be able to see the meeting participants. It helps keep everyone engaged.,Webcam sharing Audio through computer Virtual meetings,Audio Buffering sometimes lags Dashboard is a little complicated Recording could be improved,8,BlueJeans is a tool we use to keep meetings efficient, saving time and money. Great way to get messaging across. Great tool to further objectives via productive meetings.,WebEx Event Center, ON24 and GoToMeeting,ON24, WebEx Event Center, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Trello,Screensharing file sharing sign on/ launching the program,Sometimes audio doesn't keep up with video NA NAThe most safe and secure tool for online meetingsMy overall experience with Bluejeans is superb. I am a constant user of this tool. I would say it is the most economical program. It provides me excellent technical support with strong security. Bluejeans events look really amazing. I love the way it combines audio and video without any distortions. The best part about it is that it is light weight video conferencing tool as compare to others.,Well designed. Fast systems. Versatile tools. No communication failures.,It consumes a lot of resources.,9,It provides powerful platform for meetings. Never reduces the video quality. I would say it is cost effective tool.,BlueJeans Rocks! We use it to conduct distance learning and training for our staff members, as well as periodic employee staff meetings so participation from remote venues can participate.,Users can connect with a wide variety of devices. It is very easy for users to join in on a meeting by following a simple link. Proprietary software and hardware is not needed to participate.,Recording and archiving of meetings is cumbersome. Stored meetings cannot easily be shared or accessed by persons who could not attend the meeting. There are frequent audio and feedback issues when making presentations which are distracting to the presenter.,8,It allows our employees to better keep up with mandatory training. There are more ways to connect with other groups within our organization without investing in expensive hardware and software. The overall cost is more affordable and practical.,This is the main use of Bluejeans and really proves its worth every week. I can't imagine what things would be like without it.,Polycom TrioBlue Jeans for TelemedicineAnswer Health is an independent physician organization in the state of Michigan. We recommend the use of Blue Jeans to our member's practices to offer telemedicine services to their patients. We help practices sign up and develop workflows with Blue Jeans. Additionally, we configure their account for HIPAA compliance after creation.,No account signup for participants Outlook integration Ease of use,When creating an appointment with Outlook, the meeting is not added to the account. It exists only in the schedulers Outlook calendar.,10,We have been able to recommend a telehealth solution for small to medium size practices,Used for 1 on 1 meetings only at this time.,BlueJeans is the best among others products in the marketWe use it for administrative purposes, teaching activities, and project planning and evaluation.,The voice and and screen transmission is very stable. The access to a meeting is usually very easy and fast for our invitees The recording of the sessions is good.,Improvements when doing PowerPoint presentations and access to other tools such as chat are needed. The presenter needs to confirm easily what the participants have in their screen.,10,We have been able to accomplish our goals using the platform.,We used BlueJeans for webinars addressed to users previously registered in our programs, it is beneficial in many aspects.,With BlueJeans is relatively easy to join the meeting. On some ocasions, we experienced trouble with someone when trying to access. However, in general, it works quite well.,It works very well but it takes time to learn it. We feel that support for an online chat would help. It is difficult to get in touch with the support team and in Spanish is more difficult.,An honest look at BlueJeansBlueJeans is currently being used across our whole organization. We are a global organization with offices in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. We use it locally as a replacement for our MCU appliance. It has allowed us greater efficiency in having meetings with all of our partners.,The technology is system agnostic and works well with all video platforms and endpoints.,Improvement can be made in deploying needed technologies, meeting tools, and more flexible security platforms, in a timely manner.,6,Saved money on travel for meetings. Provided greater flexibility in having impromptu meetings.,Command Center provides a good overview of usage and allows me to see what departments are using the tool frequently. I can obtain meeting metrics to assist in troubleshooting any meetings that fell short of expectations. It falls short when it comes to controlling active meetings where there are more than 20 participants. I'm unable to expand the user list to see more than 10 users at a time when only utilizing one screen on my laptop. The scrolling feature is spotty when I'm trying to actively mute/unmute users and sometimes locks when using it.,Zoom, Zoom Video Webinar, ZOOM Quality Management Suite and Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark)Outstanding web conferencing for non-profitsWe are an international group in Europe, Asia, and Africa and use it for web conferences with consultants and our partners. The corporate team is the biggest user. It allows us to review documents in real time and get recommendations/changes from our colleagues.,Works well in lower bandwidth countries/settings. Highly intuitive buttons shown for common tasks. Good sharing,I am content with the current product.,9,More f2f meetings. Money saved on travel. Reinforces connections with colleagues we don't see very often (distance).,Have not used it,GoToMeeting, Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark) and ZoomBlueJeans works for meIt is used across the whole organization, and we use it mostly for conferences.,Voice communication is good with strong connection. Video quality is also on par. Good interaction with Outlook.,The connection is sometimes spotty, especially when used with projectors.,8,It has improved communication between departments, which is one of the biggest problems of our organization.,Skype for Business (formerly Lync)TGRMX reviewWe use BlueJeans in all North America operations as the standard media for business meetings. Main problem we have experienced is image frozen or not displaying.,Share screen is our most important feature Connectivity very stable Portability for travelling employees Very good image,Work on frozen screen problem Network failures,9,Due to the large number of branches of our company and the savings on not flying employees to them for a particular meeting, ROI is perfect.,We can particate in onlinetraining avoiding costs to our company,Join.meExcellent meeting tool with a lot of extras! We use BlueJeans for multiple things but the most common usage scenario is staff meetings. So it gets used by teams across our organisation. Some of our users even use it for lectures and presentations. I really like that it is flexible enough that it can fill in the gaps for multiple things. The fact that you can control access and change it on the fly means it is also a better presentation software than something that is just about screen-sharing (we used Teamviewer in the past for that). And being able to join this from any place with internet also meant we were no longer tied to having people be in the room or in the internal network to get access to meetings/lectures.,It is very easy to join an ongoing meeting. A lot of our staff tends to be not very tech minded but still, they rarely have any issues using this to join meetings. They also have a mobile app which means you can use something like an iPad to join in. The mobile app works really well too, again very few issues reported. It works well in low bandwidth scenarios. You can even get by on phone data speed and still have a very acceptable experience. Good integration options. Plays well with Outlook. We can directly record lectures and upload them into the cloud for reference. It actually saves my team a couple of manual steps since we had to manually do that previously.,I wish there was a way to auto-detect and mute microphones that are throwing out static or buzzing noises. It's difficult to do that currently. Sometimes screen-sharing in low video quality and I am not sure if there is an option to force better quality.,9,Being able to record and upload meetings to the cloud has saved my team time since we had to do that manually before. It allows our staff to be more productive as they don't have to be in the same room to attend a meeting. They can even join in from their home/offsite. The inbuilt chat/meeting options allow more team interactions. People who otherwise might not contribute much in a face to face meeting end up pitching in too.,Zoom and TeamViewerBlueJeans - Keeping it simple. We use BlueJeans across the entire organization. All of our offices are connected through BlueJeans to allow for face to face collaboration. BlueJeans allows for departments spread amongst our offices to communicate and work together efficiently. One of the most challenging parts about implementing an AV solution is finding one that is simplest for your users to use. Bluejeans allows for our users to be able touch a join button on a screen and the meeting starts without anything additional.,Ease of use- Our users want to create meetings and join meetings quickly without having to download something or deal with technical steps. BlueJeans integrates within Outlook allowing our users to create meetings easily by just clicking on an add meeting button. The joining of meetings in our conference rooms is accomplished by simply pressing the join button on our Dolby table top units. Clear voice and video quality- We've used several different AV solutions in the past including Ubiety, Acano, and Highfive and the voice and video quality of our meetings with BlueJeans have been trouble free in comparison with the other AV solutions. Consistency in communications quality is essential for our organization to collaborate effectively and BlueJeans allows for us to do that well. Sharing of videos- Our communications department creates a lot of video content and often it is necessary to share a video in a meeting as part of the discussion. BlueJeans has very clear video and sound playback of the video content by allowing us to upload videos to our BlueJeans account and then stream it directly from BlueJeans into the meeting.,BlueJeans streaming of video with sound is only available in their 1.0 version. We would like to see it available in their 2.0 version which they have already pushed out. BlueJeans Dolby mic table top unit needs to have a way to store user meeting IDs. Sometimes when a user wants to join another user's meeting and does not have the link or the meeting ID, it would be very useful for a list of users to be available that the user can scroll through and connect directly off the table top unit. BlueJeans should allow for complete control for BlueJeans administrator for user administration. Currently administrators can mute and unmute folks on a live meeting but cannot enable other features like record for a user's meeting.,9,Our previous AV solutions had created an environment where our users did not feel confident in the AV solution for important meetings. BlueJeans has turned that thinking around and now AV is a dependable tool for our users.,BlueJeans has definitely lowered the number of tickets our IT department were receiving regarding audio video issues. It's simple and the even less technology savvy users are able to pick it up quickly.,The command center gives a lot of information regarding meetings. As I mentioned before, I would like to see administrators in BlueJeans to be allowed complete control of all features of any user's meetings. For example, often times users forget to set the record feature on for a meeting and they don't realize it until they're in the conference room. Rather than have the user go back to their computer and log into BlueJeans, join the meeting, and then enable record, it would be useful if the administrator can just go into command center and enable that feature for the meeting.,Casual Friday: BlueJeans perkWe use BlueJeans video conference whenever we have a need for a face-to-face meeting, particularly for interviews or first impressions. This decides whether the person we're meeting is worth spending time and money on booking travel to meet them in person. It's our go-to 'first pass'. As the executive assistant I typically schedule and coordinate these calls.,Video Conferencing User friendly App Easy to share with others,When scheduling calls the default time zone is GMT. It would be nice if this just stayed at EST or the timezone which I placed it in before. Screen Sharing is not as accessible as the video conferencing.,10,Saved on travel Faster, more in depth candidate review,UberConference, GoToMeeting and FreeConferenceCall.comBlueJeans makes meetings productive and saves time.BJ is used across the organization and officers across MENA. A unique way we saved travel and hotel costs for a BM and SBM was by arranging F2F discussions with consumers via BJ. This solution saved in one go nearly 6000 aed. Alternatively, we join meetings from our corporate office otherwise for which we would have to go factory. So more than travel costs it also saves time cost for senior-level employees.,Conference calls. Screen sharing works really well. App also works really well on the phone too.,The app needs to give an option of low data usage. I know it does but sometimes WhatsApp calls work better than BJ. I believe there is some technical issue. The app doesn't work sometimes work well on different WiFi networks.,10,Saved travel for company executives. Less F2F agency meetings and more quick resolution of issues. Faster and quicker interaction with consumers.,Sorry, I have not used these events.,Not aware of such services.,Not applicable.,Zoom and BeamYourScreenHow BlueJeans is Influencing My Work and LifeIt is used across the whole organization. Teams that need frequent meeting setups use BlueJeans most often. The business problems it addresses are mainly interviews, meetings, calls, and recordings.,I like the function where you can just add a BJ link from your Outlook. It makes everything easy to set up. You can see who is busy and who is not, which is very useful. You may connect from either your PC or your smartphone. Life is made easier for remote employees.,May include a function that allows two or more users to share their screens. Using ID numbers to join a meeting and share a screen is sometimes confusing. Maybe something other than user ID? Could there be a better way to show who is the owner of the current meeting?,10,More productive meetings for sure. Instead of using various different tools, we use only BJ for everything. Employees never need to learn a brand new tool when they join the company. There are more face-to-face conversations. People prefer to talk in meetings instead of sending a tremendous amount of emails.,We have benefited a lot from BlueJeans, especially in our town halls. We have two teams located in different cities. It is hard to bring two teams together (financially or timely) in the town hall session. BlueJeans has played an important role in such events. Online training is our other major use of BlueJeans. There is simply no need to invite a trainee over for lessons.,BJ rooms are pretty easy to use. IT basically does not worry about us using the BJ rooms. Also, we gave fancy names to each of the rooms which have become apart of our company culture.,Skype,No

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I work at the University of Valley of Guatemala, and we currently use BlueJeans as our only video conference platform. I have been able to try some other platforms like Zoom but I found BlueJeans the best cost effective solution for us.

BlueJeans is used for more high profile meetings in our more technologically advanced conference rooms. It is also available to the entire organization as an option for specific needs. The main need is if presenters would like to share videos.

The teams the currently uses BlueJeans the most are our Pristine Seas team and the Education team. For both, it provides that video sharing functionality that other services do not currently have.

BlueJeans was used across all departments in our company up until the end of June. It was used heavily by the Digital Products team that develop apps for the company from the Seattle office and NY office. It helped keep teams well connected no matter where they were physically located.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My whole company uses BlueJeans widely, across every department. Every employee is on-boarded with SSO enabled access to a BJ account, to be able to log in and activate/license an account. We use BJ for every type of VC scenario; from external calls to clients, to internal department meetings, reviews, QBR's, etc. This helps a global company, such as mine, to connect offices and users around the world.

BlueJeans is being used by the whole organization across the UK. Technology Consultants and Business Consultants including the VPs use it the most. It addresses the fundamental issue that any Consultant faces, presence on multiple projects while traveling.

It used across the whole company for all video meetings. With 11,500 employees it get a huge amount of use in all areas. I personally use it about 3 times a day. It is available throughout the world where wifi or phone signal exists and with the video being available it increases the acceptance and communication in meetings and reducing the need to travel.

BlueJeans is being used across our organization, specifically for board meetings and connecting folks to larger all-staff meetings as we push forward action items on our strategic plan. I, as Executive Director, use it the most, as I am the one who usually initiates all-staff and board meetings. It has historically assisted us with connecting team members on virtual meetings.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

BlueJeans is being used for video conferencing. It is one of several that we use, but I will say that it is the least troublesome and the easiest to support. BlueJeans can be used from pretty much any device, gives users an option to record the meeting for viewing later, and you can dial into meetings if the need arises. I have the standalone version deployed to all of the users that need it, and the only issue that I have seen is that sometimes it will try to download BlueJeans again instead of launching in the preinstalled application.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have deployed BlueJeans across the company and all departments and meeting rooms. We use it for all meetings including very large monthly company-wide meetings. We have managed to cut travel budgets and enhance existing meetings through the use of video technology. The end user experience is the best I have seen from a meeting and conference platform.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My overall experience with Bluejeans is superb. I am a constant user of this tool. I would say it is the most economical program. It provides me excellent technical support with strong security. Bluejeans events look really amazing. I love the way it combines audio and video without any distortions. The best part about it is that it is light weight video conferencing tool as compare to others.

Answer Health is an independent physician organization in the state of Michigan. We recommend the use of Blue Jeans to our member's practices to offer telemedicine services to their patients. We help practices sign up and develop workflows with Blue Jeans. Additionally, we configure their account for HIPAA compliance after creation.

BlueJeans is currently being used across our whole organization. We are a global organization with offices in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. We use it locally as a replacement for our MCU appliance. It has allowed us greater efficiency in having meetings with all of our partners.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BlueJeans for multiple things but the most common usage scenario is staff meetings. So it gets used by teams across our organisation. Some of our users even use it for lectures and presentations. I really like that it is flexible enough that it can fill in the gaps for multiple things. The fact that you can control access and change it on the fly means it is also a better presentation software than something that is just about screen-sharing (we used TeamViewer in the past for that). And being able to join this from any place with internet also meant we were no longer tied to having people be in the room or in the internal network to get access to meetings/lectures.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BlueJeans across the entire organization. All of our offices are connected through BlueJeans to allow for face to face collaboration. BlueJeans allows for departments spread amongst our offices to communicate and work together efficiently. One of the most challenging parts about implementing an AV solution is finding one that is simplest for your users to use. Bluejeans allows for our users to be able touch a join button on a screen and the meeting starts without anything additional.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BlueJeans video conference whenever we have a need for a face-to-face meeting, particularly for interviews or first impressions. This decides whether the person we're meeting is worth spending time and money on booking travel to meet them in person. It's our go-to 'first pass'. As the executive assistant I typically schedule and coordinate these calls.

BJ is used across the organization and officers across MENA.

A unique way we saved travel and hotel costs for a BM and SBM was by arranging F2F discussions with consumers via BJ.

This solution saved in one go nearly 6000 aed. Alternatively, we join meetings from our corporate office otherwise for which we would have to go factory.
So more than travel costs it also saves time cost for senior-level employees.
