It is a cloud-based environment that provides a dedicated real-time environment to automate changes in the business processes through mapping. Our team easily works together through the available web interphase to analyze processes and make them more efficient. There are a few good features like, "Document quickly" and "Improve processes simply" that have had a positive impact on our organization.

It is more effective in design making. It works with extraordinary productivity and speed. It allows us to share the work details with users from anywhere in the world. Its amazing mapping process can change a simple plan into a unique one. It is [an] easy-to-use and efficient platform that gives high-performance services.

For any program to be cloud-based is a huge plus to any user and organization. Whenever someone makes a change or update[s] on Blueworks Live, we are able to see that change in real-time. With that, we know we are working with the most up-to-date information. We also don't have to wait for someone to do their update, then we go in to do ours. We are able to work on it simultaneously.

This has been very helpful. We don’t have a huge team, but we’ve definitely outgrown hand-scribbled notes taken during Zoom meetings. It’s much for effective to have a single place where this can be stored and accessed by all members.

Collaboration features work great. The user administration is quite simple, and users don't need much training or ramp-up to be able to start the work. You can easily identify who works on which process, whether they are completed (e.g., from draft to released) as well as suggest changes. Everything is handled on a single platform.

Any change is notified to every involved person on our team and outside of it. Another good feature is the capability to collect contributions to process definition and documentation from different sources with different degree of filtering. It's very easy to add other new users to work on the repository with the right degree of visibility.
