In our organization, we are using JRNI for scheduling one-to-one appointments. We can use it from our mobiles and tablets as we usually take calls from these devices. It allows us to look for the canceled meetings and managers can also see appointment history as well so that they also have an idea of that to whom we are talking.

I have used JRNI as retail appointment scheduling software. It is one of the best appointment scheduling tools. It has helped us to maintain personalized communication with our clients. JRNI has also some best services like event scheduling, analytics, and virtual queuing. The best part is, that it enables the user to engage with business on a customized channel.

We used for saloon booking for one of our clients. The saloon has multiple locations and many people serving the end customers, so it was a headache to solve the booking appointments through call. So we analyzed JIRNI as it was what we needed a cloud software that does the appointment booking through various methods and does its job very well.

The admin can set calendars for different users and the end customers can book the appointments looking at the schedule of the users, which was very convenient at both ends.

working as workforce specialist makes me hilding responsibility for scheduling and arranging appointments and meeting for all the Headcount of our company which is more than 600 employees, when my company purchased JRNI i have to admit that it has been way much easier for me to schedule those meetings for the employees with the managements and quality coaches, first i had to do it manually on an excel sheet, tbh it was exhausting long process but now with that invention, it became much easier

It has been of great assistance in enhancing both our job and our level of service; as a result, we are now much quicker than we were previously. good program available for a reasonable fee each month; nonetheless, one would want to see more frequent upgrades. Automated appointment scheduling and management for a group of sales staff members. improve our booking times, which will result in a significant improvement in both our work and our ability to provide service much more rapidly; overall, and each and every time, we are pleased with the service.

Nomad uses Booking Bug to manage clinic bookings across our nine locations. Our staff and clients use Booking Bug on a daily basis to make, amend or cancel bookings, and it provides us with the necessary contact details and travel health requirements to allow us to manage our bookings for the utmost benefit of our clients. Each of our individual locations uses Booking Bug to configure their own clinics (working days, appointment times etc). We have a centralised call centre that also uses Booking Bug, and users can easily 'switch' between locations to book in alternative clinics as necessary.

Booking Bug makes the communication of information to the client significantly more effective - we can send them everything that our clients need prior to their appointments, and the ability to edit, move or cancel bookings at the click of a button has simplified Nomad's working practices and saves a significant amount of time and energy. We have recently (Dec '13) linked our bookings to a computerised medical record system, which has already had a significant impact upon the business, even in such a short period of time.
