Branch links allow us to branch out our marketing strategy
Branch is the linking platform for ALT - every link that is clicked is a Branch link. As a deep linking provider, Branch links help ALT take users to the preferred endpoints we want across desktop and mobile. We also leverage Branch's data to understand our customers across all platforms - specifically plugging it into our Amplitude instance for richer insights.

Interesting on trying a new MMP, go for Branch
We use branch as an MMP for our clients. The clients already have their MMP set up and we help them to run the marketing campaigns. This product helps the client measure attribution and show the results on their webpage. Branch.io solves some of the basic tracking problem, such as universal linking and and mobile app attribution

All-in-all a great MMP with some room for improvement
In our company, we use Branch mainly as an attribution platform for some of the mobile brands in the market. Measurement is one of the key aspects we appreciate about this application and tracking of user event realization. Branch.io solves universal linking and mobile app attribution issues by allowing users to see which actions were taken from each link, regardless of the platform they are using.

Branch effortlessly elevates mobile app engagement
Client was interested in deep linking from from their marketing emails into their mobile application, if the user had it downloaded on their mobile device. This was in an effort to create a more cohesive experience for the user. Directing the user to their mobile app vs the website is a better experience for many reasons. In this case is was to eliminate the extra step of logging in and having to tie a user to a store. Within the app this has already taken place and is much easier for the user to carry on with the experience

A powerful marketing tool: Improves ROI, Saves cost
Branch is being used by multiple departments across the organization, namely content marketing, performance marketing, product, technology, etc. It helps address the problem of click tracking, sale attribution, referrals, and user funnel optimization.
- Click tracking: it integrated well with Facebook, Google, Clevertap, product, etc. to allow multiple stakeholders to use this one platform for tracking.
- Sale attribution: it has a robust fraud detection and event deduplication in place to attribute sales correctly.
- Smart URL: it offers different deeplinks to support basic user platforms, thus making the URL behavior smart and personalized for users.
- Referrals: it's a ready-made platform to easily launch your refer and earn program, with all checks of fraud detection in place.
- Social sharing: it offers various goats and cards for how a link will appear on various social media channels if shared, which is particularly helpful for marketing teams.
- The attribution of universal app install campaign and Facebook mobile app install campaign is not quite there with Branch.
- They could further integrate CRM as part of the tool, offering to ensure marketers only need this one tool for all their needs.
- That's it I guess. For the rest there is nothing more to improve.
My company has been using Branch Links since day one. It is used across the whole team. We use it to redirect users to our website and provide deep link content for app users and track marketing campaigns.
- Branch Link's Desktop SMS is a very good feature, we use it on our landing page such as: https://acetutor.io/smsBoarding
- Branch Link's cross platform support for redirect is another powerful feature. We use it on our main website to redirect users to the correct App Store or Google Play to download our app: https://www.acetutor.io
- Multiplayers redirection is important feature. In our marketing process for [our] Ace Tutor app https://www.acetutor.io, we have a referral reward campaign for which we want to aggregate clicks from lower level links to higher level links. For example, we created unique Branch Links for 10 marketing interns, and each intern wanted to create Branch Links for their own 10 delegates, the clicks of the Branch Links from these delegates would be automatically rolled up to the right intern's Branch Link, so we can make payment following the aggregation paths. Currently, Branch Links do not support this kind of multiplayer or multi-layer redirections.

Branch metrics
We use Branch for deep linking and attribution. We also use Branch to drive traffic to our app from mobile sites by journeys. Branch is also integrated into our product feed for ads and has helped increase app installs.

Branch is being used in our core application creating links that are shared between users across multiple social media apps. The links direct them to the right content and allows us to identify the context quickly, independent of the platform where they are coming from. This problem was over complex before we decided to search for a tool that covered this necessity and after adopting Branch we can focus our efforts on other things that can apply even more value into our products.
- Capture our customer input across all the platforms regardless of their OS.
- Handle custom URI schemes without any trouble.
- Handle both IOS and Android links without the need to split your code logic and thinking about the differences between both.
- I think that Branch has a brand new platform to approach with the rise of PWAs and this is a field worth exploring ASAP.

Looking for a deep linking & mobile app attribution solution? Then look no further than Branch!
We utilize Branch.io for all our cross-platform universal deep linking, getting users from web to app (web-to-app feature), showing relevant content for shared links (deepview app previews), journey banners, email provider (SendGrid), data exports via webhook to CRM, and attribution for all paid media links. Branch.io is used across our entire organization. Our sales team sends referral links to influencers and customers. Our product development team uses Branch links for deep linking to content inside the app, and our marketing team uses the links on all marketing channels from paid media to push, email, and organic media. At the core Branch.io addresses universal linking problems and mobile app attribution problems - being able to tell which actions were taken from each links, no matter the device the user uses.
- Branch.io's technical support is second to none. I've been amazed at the timeliness of their responses, along with the technical ability of their support, and easily breaking down their answers into layman's terms for my somewhat technical self. They reply within 24 hours and have always been able to help me solve my problem within one reply.
- Their attribution analytics are better than Appsflyer. Having been a previous Appsflyer user, we had found multiple data errors in fraud detection and improver attribution. This has not been the case with Branch, they have been accurately reporting all our channels and links, even with our users that use both web and app.
- Extremely affordable/flexible pricing, we don't have a ton of MAU, but our clients are HNWI, that make a higher dollar amount purchases. To-date we haven't paid any money for Branch's services, but as we gain more users it'll be a no-brainer to pay for the low cost it will be to us.
- To my understanding Branch uses a last touch attribution method. Being able to change this setting or view the data between different attribution models would be extremely useful (first click, linear, time decay, etc).
- Not like it's a con, but it would be great for Branch to keep running totals on attrition rate and daily active users. Also maybe look into more integrations with data export partners - Appsee, Smartlook, etc.

An easy-to-use tech tool
The most valuable thing that I perceive in Branch is the ability to create multiple links almost automatically after setting the parameters we need for our business.
Although Branch is an easy-to-use tech tool, you need some level of knowledge and preparation to use it in your organization. It's really important that you analyze all your needs and compare them to the benefits that Branch you provide to see if it fits.
The main business problems I am solving with Branch are the analytics that Branch provides about my links. It's really useful to keep track almost real-time of what is happening with everything my business is sharing online. This helps my team to identify points of attention that we can improve and also things that are giving us a good return.

Branch Makes Deep Linking Easy
Branch is used across multiple organizations throughout the company. We primarily use it for deeplinking into our app at various locations.
- Branch makes deeplinking easy. They are simple to set up, monitor, and track. Most importantly, they never break.
- The UI of Branch is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Dashboards allow you to see the metrics you care most about, and export data accordingly.
- Customer support is great - always around to answer questions and help us discover other services that can push our business forward.
- The UI is extremely easy to use, however the simplicity does lead to certain functions not being available. For example, you cannot bulk create links (1000+) or bulk archive links.

- It is very easy to integrate and get everything up and running.
- It is free to use so represents a significant saving on other solutions.
- Support for the product is excellent and there is a large friendly community of users.
- They have lots of great ideas for improving acquisition and retention and regularly provide links to helpful articles and case studies to assist in improving our apps.
- From unity the settings seem to be lost occasionally which is not always noticed until after the build has gone out.
- No support for custom events which would be useful in helping analyse acquisition.

Branch - A great tool for Universal Links
Tracking a referrer via the referral link is one of the main business problems I'm currently trying to tackle. One can find an individual referrer as well as the referred user count. It is highly helpful for tracking and measuring the effectiveness of one's campaigns.
