The Brandwatch Consumer Research customer success team is outstanding. Every member of their team has been wildly helpful and remarkably pleasant. These people go above and beyond to ensure you have all the tools and help you need to find success on their platform.
I had several calls where we discussed difficulties users where having on the platform that resulted in an overall improvement in reporting across the board. They didn't just answer our questions, they dug deeper to find root problems and helped us build out dashboards to alleviate them.

Mostly through forums and YouTube, the support is from other users who have overcome challenges.

The search elements are based on well-known and well-supported thematics and SQL languages so the forums used tend to be outside the Brandwatch landscape anyway. Aside search and setup functionality, the Brandwatch interface is relatively intuitive.

The support for Brandwatch was fine. With that said, our support partners were in New York which made it difficult to coordinate communications, when we're on the other side of the country. Sprinklr, on the other hand, had support available within our own city which I much preferred.

My company's Brandwatch rep is amazing. Very attentive and always open to hearing from me. I've even met her in person at the annual Brandwatch Now You Know conference and she is very personable and shows genuine interest and concern in making sure I get everything I need out of the Brandwatch platform. Nothing but good things to say about their customer service.

They also have webinars and articles to keep you up on any changes that are happening in the platform.

I've never had to recur to any "extra" support, as Brandwatch have always been at hand whenever I needed a hand. That aside, Brandwatch always lets me know whenever something goes wrong, so I don't have to leave it to guesswork. That said, I've only had something going wrong just once in over one year, so my level of satisfaction is pretty high.
