Very responsive and helpful on simple questions, but not great other than that. They do not have a way for the customer/user to escalate a ticket. You have to contact your rep and in some cases, they don't respond within 24 hours so you have no idea if they have escalated it. There is no phone number for an urgent issue - you have to rely on email.

We have direct support from our account manager and success manager practically around the clock when things come up that are urgent. They're even helping me post open roles for my team on internal job boards within the Braze team.

Braze is an extremely robust tool with a short learning curve. Building out new lifecycle strategies and campaigns was extremely simple. While there are a lot of functionalities, no CRM/ESP service will ever have every feature that all of their competitors have. Braze does a great job with listening to their customers and adding new features onto the roadmap.

The customer support team is AMAZING. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone we've dealt with since starting to use Braze. The monthly check-ins are very, very helpful. They ask good questions and help guide us to use the product better every time we talk to them. Plus, they respond to any amount of questions (sometimes daily) when launching a new/tricky campaign.

Support at Braze is phenomenal at getting into the weeds of debugging issues and stepping into the shoes of our implementation. Braze support team continues to demonstrate strong expertise and prompt follow-ups on our technical inquiries and debugging assistance as incidents arise.

Braze support that I've dealt with are responsive, thoughtful, and open about requirements and problems. At the same time, some features we need that we felt were a bit basic were not in their product roadmap. We have shared those with them and they were very open to discussing them and seeing if they could be added to their roadmap.

I cannot answer this, as I have not interacted with Support directly; I interact with an internal team that works with Braze. This internal team has given us training and enablement (via over the phone training, recordings, documentation, office hours, AND ad hoc meetings), and its members are able to answer most questions we have about our campaigns.
