Talent Management Suite Benefits

Having one option for a range of services has been great. Even though we don't use all of them, we do use a number of them. We hear from employers that they don't want to log in to so many different systems, so the more we can consolidate, the better. As Bridge comes out with more products and improves their existing ones, consolidation becomes more likely. As is, many departments like their own systems.

Keeping everything under one system makes it very convenient. Those in HR and/or management positions don't have to remember multiple login credentials for various sites...Bridge helps make it a "one stop shop". If you're working on a career path for a particular employee, you can easily navigate through the courses that they've completed on their own time along with courses that you've assigned them and also provide them with feedback along the way.

We are interested in implementing Bridge Perform and Bridge Career if we can convince our Chief HR Officer that it is the right solution and will add valuable. It’s extremely beneficial to have these all in one tool. Single sign on access and easy for managers to only have to track in one system.

The metrics that could be provided from such a system would make this one location for all those systems listed above into one system a total win for us. Our company is very "silo" structured and I believe combining all these systems into one would help bring down the silos for a more communicative and collaborative company.

Other than the fact that reporting is not the best out of Bridge, it is very nice that all of an employees annual trainings can be done and recorded in one place. For our AAAHC accreditation, we need to provide info on demand to surveyors, this this make it very convenient to be able to supply them with one print out from one location instead of searching for all the pieces needed.

The integration of training, performance management, practice, and other tools makes Bridge a very robust solution. However, the reporting functionality has not seemed to be as important as the intuitive UX and efficiency of managing the solution. Which makes it more difficult to concretely report the ROI and KPIs across common variances.

Using Bridge as a single system to manage learning has simplified navigation for our users and put the focus back onto learning. I was involved in selecting Bridge for our company and getting all of the features of Bridge into one package was extremely important.

This all comes to the independence that bridge brings in giving unbiased reports that have not been tampered with especially when exporting the reports. The management of the whole bridge usage in our company is being done by a department under the Directors of the company thereby giving them the true feedback from the staff. The directors needed to get this true feedback hence the comments section has been of immense help. This has led us in wanting to use Bridge Perform.

Having a complete suite where one was not needed would not have added value, necessarily, and I would want to know that I'm not paying for any of the services we would not be using.

After learning how difficult it is to link other services via API, it is really nice to have those different features available from one vendor. Plus, one less button to place to get there and with Bridges great UX experience, this became an easy decision for us.
