  • Positive - only paying for the users we have. Again, Brightpearl was among the first to take the initiative on this and was one of the reasons we choose them.
  • Each staff user does their own invoicing, saving time and duplication.

  • Difficult to judge what the impact of BP has been on our business objectives as we are a growing company. We expect to see some improvement every year, but not sure how much can be attributed to Brightpearl.
  • Negative is that it is an expensive solution for a small company like ours but so far have not found a better solution that is cheaper that allows us to have access from anywhere.

  • Brightpearl has allowed us to get a handle on inventory, which was a major blind spot for us in the past. And it does not even require a single full time position to manage. It's pretty great, even with the fractional quantity workaround we had to implement.
  • The Accounting module is huge for us and is something of a love it and hate it situation. We love the integrated nature of it and how much time it saves us, but then we hate the lack of integrations and how much extra time is required because BP can't connect and automatically pull in data from external sources.

  • It has kept things organised for a small business which is extremely useful. It has enabled staff to focus on other areas of the business.
  • Has given one central base for all customer contacts, potential leads and information entered such as expenses so all employees (who work out on site a lot) can login and pick up information on a customer, check their expenses and see where we are with potential leads/customers.
  • It has had a really positive impact with invoicing, keeping everything together making it easier to chase.
  • Since the timesheets have been removed it has left us as a company searching for better ways to record this out of the system. As of yet we have not had anything concrete and this has certainly had a negative impact.

  • Probably mostly neutral--the CRM could be much improved and there aren't good customer reports.
  • In fact, reporting in general is very weak. I exported data to do my own reports but the data export has a lot of room for improvement.

  • Generally, Brightpearl has been positive for us. It's definitely helped us (along with massive process improvements) improve the % of key inventory that we are able to keep in stock.
  • Our order processing would be an even worse time suck without Brightpearl.
  • Streamlining our order flow across channels allows us to service our customers in a more central manner.
