Brightpearl is used by our whole organization, and manages inventory, purchase orders, sales, profit analysis, costs of goods, FIFO price accuracy, and landed costs. It assigns a price to each product, which follows it through its life cycle, from purchase, to transfer, to draft, to sale price. It helps us know the exact value of all of our products in all of our physical warehouses.

We use Brightpearl as our main accounting and invoicing system. All users have access to create their own invoices for work completed, taking a load off the accounts department. Certain users are also granted access to the accounts functions of Brightpearl. Brightpearl provides us with our profit and loss and balance sheet figures on a weekly basis.

Leader Stores is a true multichannel retailer, selling on three Visualsoft web stores, a showroom in Hartlepool and via eBay and Amazon marketplaces. With an enormous range of stock covering 92 brands, all ranging from traditional to contemporary designs. Leader Stores is known for helping their customers turn a house into a home, at unbeatable prices. Leader Stores have created three different web stores to reflect the array of products it offers online. To manage multiple websites that attract thousands of visitors daily and thousands of orders monthly, Leader needed to partner with a retail management software company and decided to go with Brightpearl.

We use brightpearl to manage all customer orders and organise our financial statements and records. The biggest upside to using one software for everything is it is easier to integrate all areas of the business in one solution. Everyone in our business can use Brightpearl and we can usually help each other with any problems, even if it is not in our direct department.

Brightpearl is used across our entire business. We're a small company but we still need to keep track of all the daily data we process. Brightpearl is especially useful for our lead generation and email marketing strategy and the most actively used area is our customer list, where we update and capture information from the moment potential customers hit our radar until the moment they no longer use our services (that rarely happens) ;).

We use it to enter expenses, and to add new contacts and current and potential customers. We also use it for tracking invoicing. It is being used across the whole organisation, and it helps us have one central area where we can find all information, for example, potential leads, current customers, outstanding invoices and expenses. As a small business with a lot of people on the road working, it really helps keep everyone in the loop with things.

Great Product for Bookkeeping Inventory Management Across All Channels

My company integrated with Brightpearl a few years ago and we have not looked back! The ability for this software to track orders/backorders, inventory, customers, and anything else you may need is great. Brightpearl saves us the work of at least one or more employees. We have products on eBay, Amazon, Jet.com, our website, and other channels. Brightpearl is integral for us managing inventory on all channels and updating them in real time. Instead of waiting an hour for an order to be processed internally, Brightpearl automatically allocates stock to an order and keeps track of our accounting. This product is a complete ERP system. The only suggestion for improvement would be to simplify the messaging and note taking area to improve the use for our Customer Support staff. Other than this area, Brightpearl has proven us to be a vital commodity for our company's success.

I did an internship for the company Goldie London (part of my educational program). While working at Goldie I used Brightpearl a lot. I really enjoyed working with Brightpearl because it is an easy, understandable program. Working with Brightpearl made my internship so much easier because it was easy to use, faster then other programs I used, and saved my a lot of time. We used Brightpearl for shipping orders so we didn't have to do it ourselves. Brightpearl sent a notification to our warehouse when we did get a order.

Brightpearl is used by our residential sales team during the sales process. It has enabled us to use one account rather than multiple accounts to record sales details such as product and customer information. Brightpearl is also used by our sister company Roccbox and they are using it in the same format for their own sales process.

We mainly use it for inventory control online and offline.
Stock control was becoming difficult as we sell online and offline from the same location so we needed something to update our stock fast to minimize errors.

Cloud Distribution is a networking and security distribution business selling solutions to partners, resellers and service providers. We use Brightpearl to manage stock, multi-currency, invoicing and other accounting functions. Our sales force also uses Brightpearl to provide quotations to our clients. The real benefit we find from using the system is the simplicity of sending and tracking quotations and pipeline.

Brightpearl is our ERP - essentially the backend to our Shopify, Amazon/eBay, and other sales channels. We use it across the whole organization. It addresses inventory management, order processing, and some light customer service uses. We do not use the accounting module (instead we are using QuickBooks) and we have never used the product management features or marketplace features.
