It is difficult to have someone ring you back - and we have been told that if we were on a different level we would get better CS. If we want to add seats someone rings us immediately although not if we have an issue.

All of my issues have been dealt with, none have been left unanswered. Response time is generally a pretty quick turn around, within a day or even a few hours for very important issues. The biggest drawback is not being able to call for serious immediate concerns. You have to submit a ticket via email for everything, including Brightpearl not saving entries or not being able to access the system.

The few times I have spoken with the Brightpearl support team they were very helpful and very quick to answer any of the questions I had. They worked quickly and efficiently to solve any of our problems to get us back to working, generating new sales and moving product out the door.

I have had to request help on multiple occasions. Only one time did I not receive immediate help. Brightpearl was slowed with help due to high volumes of calls and tickets that particular time. Every other time I was replied to within a few hours of emailing Brightpearl, and immediately on the phone.

Customer support has also been improving since we started, but could be quicker to fix problems/ issue updates at times. They don't seem to understand at times that when something is broken, we can not run our business at all till it gets fixed. Some additional features and add-ons are not included in the base price of the software.

We pay for the ability to call customer service when needed, and it's the best money we can spend. Each agent (and I know them all by voice at this point) is patient, competent, asks good questions, and instructs me on the fix or takes care of it themself.

Brightpearl support is universally great to use. The team is swift in replying, friendly and professional. The replies are tailored to your initial query, and it is easy to add comments to your support ticket. The team always trie to resolve problems well, in an efficient and very well managed way. Each Brightpearl team member I have spoken to or emailed has been a pleasure to deal with.

Brightpearl is great for customer support. Highly recommended. Their support ticket system is fairly quick meaning you get responses to your queries fast and without delay. Also, their Gold Support for the first year is vital I would say! Definitely recommended. Please don't underestimate the need for support in your first year!

I have only used customer support once when I was having trouble with my password. I came through to a very helpful member of the team who advised me of my exact issue and the best way to solve it. From here she continued on the phone while I was resetting my password and then when it was resolved we ended the phone call and everything was resolved.

We love the support team at Brightpearl, an maybe rely on them too much with some questions. They are always very quick to respond to our requests and always have an answer for us. They can be contacted by phone or via ticket submission, which can also be beneficial for after business hours. Overall, the support team does great.

Polite, but sometimes slow. The web interface for support is poor, often doesn't work. Support often doesn't have a solution or doesn't consider the issue raised as a problem.
