This decisions mostly taken by senior management at VP and CEO level, they also need approval from many other teams like dev, design according to the use, and finance due to competitive cost, They do check other product as well, and I am just a single person from QA team, and not a decision maker.

We like browserstack and loved the fact that our framework is ease in setup, well established and is utilized appropriately within the organization which is resulting us in good test coverage and helping us find defects before live. It also reduced around 35 hours of manual testing effort which is reduced to around 8 hours and that executes daily as an overnight execution.

This is a must-have product in the digital design industry. If you cannot tell your customers right away that their website will be compatible with multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems, they may just turn away. This tool saves thousands of dollars, not only in how it improves efficiency within the workflow, but also saves on costly hardware that would otherwise be required to test digital design.

It's simply a must-have tool. As a designer, I have to ensure my work is at least functional in older browsers. I also have to ensure that, when I design for mobile devices, any differences between platforms aren't problematic. BrowserStack allows me to test my work in a fraction of the time, with a whole lot more accuracy.
