For me eRecruit & Tempbuddy standout , although it is now being bought by Bullhorn ATS & CRM. But there are tools on eRecruit that somehow similar with Bullhorn ATS & CRM but it is not on JobDiva. Some of our clients will not also migrate to eRecruit & Tempbuddy or Bullhorn ATS & CRM and we can also teach them how to use it since it is really user friendly and so organized with the tabs even with job collaboration option.

With the exception of Job Diva, which I don't know if it's available on Android or iOS, Bull Horn was much easier to use. Bull Horn is also quite beneficial in tracking the application of candidates and updating their statuses in order to check their availability for future references. I enjoy the feature that allows you to enter various candidate details and the capacity to create massive groupings based on candidate characteristics.

Used Sendouts for 15+ years. Bullhorn bought Sendouts and introduced their product as an alternative to Sendouts which was being fazed out due to its tie to Internet Explorer. In 36 years in the business, this is my fourth database and the most disappointing, by far.

Breathe is a great tool for smaller internal recruitment teams and I have previously used an in-house built system similar however Bullhorn is something you can use across larger businesses and growing SME's it works well for international businesses as everything is updated in real-time. The support function is excellent and the training tools for new starters are super helpful for our L&D team. Your account manager is also great for assisting in personalising sections to make them more business specific.

I have used Kronos in the past and I would pick Bullhorn ATS & CRM for the position I'm in right now. It provides me more flexibility to review hours of work and apply specific time frames off without having to have that awkward conversation with the hiring manager for approval. The security of the data is also something very crucial and I have grown to appreciate how much Bullhorn does in terms of security that some of its competitors fail to approach, without conflicting with employee satisfaction.

Bullhorn gives me access to more people at one single time than Indeed. I can send a mass email to 1000 people in a minute compared to Indeed where I have to individually select each candidate to send an email which can take hours to do in order to reach 1000. It is much more efficient to use Bullhorn.

Itris was a good system but was very rudimentary. The functions within Itris and Bullhorn were fundamentally the same but Bullhorn's UI was much better designed and visually more appealing which made it more fun to use. Itris didn't have the applicant or client workflow but Itris had other functions like sending out SMS texts through the system easily which was a nice function that Bullhorn didn't have. Itris was also a much cheaper system to buy and maintain.

We were using JobDiva ATS however due to JobDiva being very costly we pivoted to Bullhorn however that led to a lot of challenges. Bullhorn didnt had the same kind of resume pool thus not allowing the recruiters to source qualified resumes. Bullhorn's user interface is much more complicated and less user friendly as compared to JobDiva. We eventually had to move back to JobDiva as the company was not able to afford the loss of business even when Bullhorn was cheaper than JobDiva.

iCIMS is way more robust of a tool than Bullhorn. The reporting is better and it is much more customizable. The upside to Bullhorn is it requires less work up front and can be easier to use than iCIMS. If you are looking for a simple ATS/CRM I would go with Bullhorn. If you're a larger company and want more nitty gritty information on metrics/reporting then iCIMS is a better tool.

I looked at these other products in the past but ultimately felt that Bullhorn was the better product. Bullhorn was a lot more intuitive, had the better UI, and being a long-time user felt very good knowing they had a top-notch customer support team.

There is no comparing these products really. PCR is antiquated with horrible support and awful ease of use. All they say is no when you ask them to add a feature or tweak the littlest thing. The functionality of Bullhorn is unmatched. PCR is a cheap DOS version of Bullhorn.

Bullhorn was already used in the company when I was hired, so I do not know why this one has been chosen vs another.
However, I worked with iCIMS & other ATS/CRM previously and what I like about Bullhorn is that it's both very complete and simple to understand for someone who is not so familiar with IT.

We used custom match as well, Bullhorn is easier, more modern, and tech savy. I prefer Bullhorn to that because there are more things to see and do with each candidate. I just sometimes forget about candidates, so tasks would be nice to remind me what I need to do next with each candidate.

Bullhorn is better than both of these products on the Applicant Tracking side. It is really focused on the staffing industry and does a great job of managing candidate profiles. That being said, I feel that Salesforce does a better job of managing sales or account manager contacts. Salesforce has better reporting too.

Any of the products above are better than Bullhorn. Even Jobvite does a better job. They're just more comprehensive and cover all areas. I wouldn't select Bullhorn before these products and there are many more that I'd probably try before resorting to BH. It's a shame because I see what they're going for. As I mentioned before, it just doesn't feel realized yet.

Proconnect- a web-based tracking tool used by an organization like Randstad, they do have an extensive database. but it is a bit outdated and slow in terms of technology.
RMS tracker- Extensively used in the Manufacturing Recruiting agency, I liked the tool as it saved my last few activities (Now NOVO has the same feature), really helps. But the RMS tool is tedious and slow.
