  • Customer support response
  • DON'T SELECT BULLHORN.
  • FMissing standard functionally such being able to sending an interview confirmation to a candidate or client. Names, titles & address are not pulled automatically. Custom work to set this up is charged at ridicilous $$$ hourly prices
  • When you want to depart you are ransomed thousands. At least $25k. Oh and $1 per attachement/CV.

  • Well Bullhorn failed to provide portal access to correct errors gathered about applicants
  • Well Bullhorn is not properly mapped to other onboarding system/s
  • Well Bullhorn is fast, yet provides error/s gathered about applicants
  • Bullhorn is mapping to other systems is clunky, applicants complain, yet not fixed
  • Bullhorn portal fails to permit applicant/s ability to correct clearinghouse data errors gathered, so dirty data, is passed to the employer from a source not liable for errors.
  • E. College Clearinghouse - non-profit provides wrong degrees and date/s
  • discrepancies, dirty data is not corrected, and the applicate offer revoked...
  • Applicant/s are not provided the opportunity to show proof -actual degree & dates.
  • Dirty Data on applicant/s, needs to have a way to correct errors, upload the degree etc. when there are discrepancies...dirty data provided by non-profits, not liable for errors.. What if you child was turned down for a dream job, because of dirty data?
  • A single mom, just finished her degree or advancing for the next opportunity is declined because of dirty data about her degree which took her X# of yrs to complete?

  • It's very organized and easy to use
  • It tracks all email correspondence, so if you forget to jot a note down, it will be stored for you in the future
  • It helps keep of all your relevant documents in one place - no more rooting around for contracts
  • It helps in every sense in the staffing industry
  • I think more training tutors would be helpful
  • The back end of things (how to set up things on the admin side) could be improved
  • The cost - it's a great program but very costly

  • Their tech support personnel are sympathetic and reasonably informed on the phone.
  • They migrated me for free - but you know what you get for free.
  • Their logo makes sense.
  • Search radius of 100 miles is absurdly small.
  • Email functionality is archaic.
  • Establishing search strings requires double-clicking into fields.

  • Integration with email
  • Manages submissions and the placement life cycle well
  • Easy to use
  • Worst Customer/Technical Service Support I've ever encountered
  • They nickel and dime you for every little issue
  • They blame the customer for issues and then deliberately move slowly to fix problems they created.
  • Terrible communication
  • They will overbill you and try to get away with it unless you catch them red handed.

  • Easy to read format
  • Integration with email and Zendesk
  • Easy search function
  • Separate onboarding layout (isolated space to enter onboarding progress notes in ticket format).
  • More built out home page. To a new user it looks like it hasn't fully loaded.
  • I wish the recent pages on the left side menu saved more pages before deleting them. While onboarding multiple people it helps to have multiple pages loaded on the menu.

  • Contracts - auto renewal for 12 months, if notice is not given 60 days before.
  • Clunky system, very slow
  • Website integration - Need a team of web developers to integrate website
  • Boring user interface, makes CRM system a chorr
  • Customer service. No one answers the phone. People take 5 days to get back to you on email, you send another reply to that email, you have to wait another 5 days. Outrageous service.
  • No account managers or point of contact for customers. No check-ins to see how I am getting on with the system.

  • It provides the contact details of a candidate relevant to the job. All details are with a user-friendly interface that anyone can use the application.
  • The specific details given by Bullhorn ATS & CRM are unbelievable. One place and you can make a decision about hiring or not hiring.
  • The messaging automation feature again helps to save our time.
  • I wish we could avoid the support call to install a few new features.
  • The navigation from one feature to another is slightly tricky at times. Not difficult but can get tricky for a new person.
  • The search engine can get better and more specific with the niche.

  • Parsing resume
  • Logging activities
  • User-friendly interface
  • Allows multiple tabs to be open
  • Logs out too frequently if you are on a page sourcing on another website
  • It doesn't always do a good job of recognizing individuals who are already in place and instead it makes new profiles
  • It is difficult to navigate at first. A lot of tools and whatnot, with very little training to understand everything.

  • Identify quickly available candidates through the availability date
  • Know all the history of the candidates for the last years thanks to notes, submissions, etc.
  • Set up tasks or appointments so you do not miss any follow-up
  • Be able to change Ownership of Tearsheets, so if someone leave the company you can add the new person as owner
  • In the Submission Tab, have more details to have a whole picture of the process. Currently, the details in the process are only if the placement is successful. Ie : Web response - Prescreen / Candidate not selected based on resume / prescreen - Submission - AM Declined - Client Submission - Declined by client / Withdrawal - Interview appointment - Declined - Placement
  • Drag & drop candidates in jobs so we make a list of potential candidates for these jobs these candidates might be contacted after by another person. We can create a tearsheet, but it would be useful to add these candidates directly in the jobs (ie projects on Linkedin)

  • Filtering candidates
  • Locating candidates files
  • Keeping track of where everyone is in the process
  • Notes - leaving notes helps our entire company see where we are with each candidate
  • Shortlist status - it is tedius to have different notes and different shortlist status. Shortlist status do not really help me in recruiting
  • Textkernel in Bullhorn is sometimes difficult for me - too many clicks and buttons
  • I would like to see more details required in candidates files - like a resume. So many candidate come through with their name and phone number and nothing else. Takes a lot more time for us to find out what their background is than if it was just a required field when applying
