Canopy is one of our accounting solutions that deal with taxation, cost analysis, billing, CRM, and others. Specifically, Canopy deals with investors where there is order and purchase management to get the right product with the best market value. Furthermore, Canopy fosters project accounting, which controls the efforts and the resources utilized. Canopy has the tax forms and supports the filing of the taxes online for companies.

Canopy - You should check it out
Our entire staff utilizes Canopy on a daily basis. It's used to manage workflows, share documents within the company AND with clients, collect signatures and payments. We also use it as our virtual filing cabinet. It's great.

Soo easy to use & great feature set
I had Canopy initially implement specifically in the tax department to manage my tax resolution clients but during the initial 12 month subscription, we determined it would be a useful customer relationship solution so it was rolled out to the accounting & bookkeeping area.<br><br>Canopy delivered a single source platform to manage the entire client relationship. We used it to collaborate amongst team members, store critical client documents and create IRS forms to submit. I also was impressed with the transcript delivery tool.

Canopy is our one-stop for our entire company. We have one place to keep client files, communication streams, workflow and tasks along with billing and time tracking. We were working out of various spreadsheets and internal hard drive with client data. Now we have cloud access all to one place.

Canopy is a ghost of it's former self.
We use Canopy as a client database to keep virtual files. This enables us to work remotely. Over time we have expanded our use to include resolution, transcripts, notices. Virtually everything except practice management.

Canopy - A great little software
It is being used across our finance and tax departments to make sure we are in compliance with state and federal laws. It also allows a streamlined and organized approach to our business and provides some checks that make our process much more efficient from a reporting and consolidation perspective.

Canopy has our tax practice covered
The entire organization uses Canopy for CRM, email tracking, task management, and document exchange. It is also crucial to our remote office team to view documents stored securely in the cloud for our clients. Tax preparers use it specifically to request additional documentation needed for preparation and to track progress in an engagement. Our Enrolled Agent uses it for tax resolution information gathering and form completion, and for transcript requests.

Canopy...It's Really Pretty Impressive
I have a very small business, just myself and one other employee. We use Canopy for all tax compliance cases, even as minor as just responding to notices. It helps us streamline the process of tax compliance cases, from getting clients to sign the engagement, all the way to the completion and payment. It helps with communicating with clients, requesting information and storing documents securely for both our team and clients to see.

I use it for almost everything—tax resolution work, of course, but it’s more than tax resolution software. Canopy makes it easy to do all my professional emailing, set automated client reminders, and request and access files, all in the same place. It’s all the stuff you’d expect from a practice management software and then some. Canopy is quickly becoming an all-in-one software for my practice.
We use Canopy to tackle multiple aspects of our business. It manages our sales pipeline, tax document collection, work flow through tax preparation, CRM, file sharing, client account management and project management. We also use it to pull tax transcripts and prepare tax resolution letters.
