Canto has been very helpful thus far when it comes to support. We haven't had any major issues in terms of outages or random issues and have constant communication on future updates and features that will improve our Canto experience. Having multiple ways of contact for technical support is awesome to have as well.

The support team at Canto has consistently demonstrated prompt responsiveness, efficiently providing solutions to any issues we encounter. They've shown a willingness to guide new employees through the platform's features via video chat as needed. Moreover, the team remains readily available for any questions or suggestions, ensuring we optimize the use of their platform to meet our specific needs.

The onboarding and support for Canto are truly the best in class. We had several virtual meetings with our trainer and rep during the process and felt that every question was answered. Some products just let you figure things out yourself, but Canto knew that to be successful, you have to have a solid foundation of understanding.

While I think the platform is actually very good, the difficulties with our rollout and implementation (some of which were our fault) have made it very unlikely I can convince senior management to continue funding it. Whenever I try to develop ways of using features such as portals, the usual reaction is, "How can we do this without relying on Canto because we all hate it?"

I think Canto's onboarding process was really helpful. Our employees were able to utilize the system without excess training sessions which isn't always the case with some software. I also think that their customer support has proven to be super helpful when minor issues arise.

Every time I have reached out to Canto support, they have provided me with excellent how-to instructions as well as an article to help me better understand navigating my dilemma. Also, the response time for the Canto support is extremely fast and accurate, this helps me so much because I am constantly multitasking during my work hours.

We wanted to try a few features before adding them to our feature set but there was no way for us to have the features turned on for 30 days. We had to pay before we tried the features out. We could only watch a demo instead of actually going hands on with the features.

Canto's customer support is very responsive, usually responding within 24 hours of initial contact. If your account manager is unable to address the issue, they will bring in someone who can. They are willing to connect with you however you prefer, i.e. phone, email. The implementation of Canto was quick and smooth. They have an excellent team of experts available. Onboarding was simple and effective. They did it in such a way that the account owner is able to onboard new employees without having to reach out to Canto every time, but are happy to help if you need them to.

I have found the Canto platform very easy to navigate and use, but my team did have some questions at the beginning of our journey with Canto. Our support reps were incredibly helpful, and when they weren't sure of an answer, they always followed up within 24 hours. Overall, support has been great! I have no complaints.

The entire marketing team was disappointed with the implementation training, the trainer was very hard to follow along with. The support we are currently receiving from our account manager has been slow and inconsistent. It would be nice if they could follow up monthly and provide more support considering how expensive this service is.
