My favorite feature of Capsule is the breadth and depth of integrations and functionality it offers. Our primary CRM, it’s a great place to find out what’s going on in the company. It has a simple interface that makes searching for profiles easy. We appreciate how well-designed it is. It’s simple to search for contacts, extract them, upload, sort, and sort them in this program. It is now much easier to create tracks and view workflows. Allowing us to plan the entire year, we can customize each event. Easy to use, straightforward to understand, and simple to learn. We’ve been using Capsule CRM for more than a year and are thrilled with it! For us, it’s been a great fit; it’s not expensive, and the customer service has been excellent. Unlike other CRM programs, it doesn’t require extensive training or migration. Capsule CRM is more user-friendly and less time-consuming to set up. It is compatible with a wide range of other programs and systems. All issues have been resolved, and customer service is open and active.
  • Capsule CRM: Smooth-to-use.
  • Capsule CRM: Budget-Friendly.
  • Capsule CRM: Lead Management.
  • Capsule CRM: Contact Management.
  • Capsule CRM: Many Interrogations.
  • Capsule CRM: Great Mobile Application.
  • Capsule CRM: Monitoring Email Correspondence.
  • Capsule CRM: Make the UI more appealing.
  • Capsule CRM: Marketing integration is lacking.
  • Capsule CRM: Feature-lacking compared to other CRM systems.
Using Capsule CRM, businesses can have a perfect CRM solution without the risk of being forced to pay on a monthly subscription basis. Compared to other customer relationship management apps, it has a wide range of unique features. Functional and cost-effective are the main advantages. Because we're a small company, its simplicity appeals to us greatly. For a limited time, start-ups can store up to 250 contacts in the free version. Capsule CRM is well-suited to Gmail and offers many other integration possibilities. Even though it lacks some more powerful CRM features, the Capsule platform makes up for this with a widespread list of integrations.

UNLIKE OTHER CRM, Capsule CRM incorporates the latest business technologies into a single solution. It is the best application for promoting our business. The level of communication with clients is outstanding. We can get a quick and accurate read on anything by simply clicking. Even though it performs admirably in the fundamentals, it falls short in some features.
Zoho CRM Plus, Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick), Google Drive
As a well-rounded business tool, Capsule CRM is an excellent choice. It fulfills our requirements and aids in the operation of our business. One of the most effective tools for managing our business solutions and supply chains is adding this tool to our system to see the fantastic results of effective management. Capsule CRM could try and see what they're offering to get the best results.
Capsule CRM effectively specifies the causes of any project's disadvantage and problem-solving. This application is effortless because of its genuine approach to business empowerment. Everything is easily accessible with a single click. Our clients will appreciate our technical and user-friendly promotions. Furthermore, it is well worth our company's time to run.

I use Capsule to manage my freelance work and contacts. I needed a CRM that was budget-friendly and could help me keep on top of contracts and my sales pipeline. Capsule CRM is a simple but effective CRM. It can solve issues with data tracking and collection, sales, and opportunity management.
  • Free for 250 people or less
  • Budget friendly
  • Easy to use
  • Mobile app is great
  • Lots of integrations
  • I wish you could add birthday reminders to contacts.
  • Lacking in marketing integration.
  • Can be too simplistic for some companies.
For a small business or start-up, it is one of the best CRMs. It's easy to use and budget-friendly. It's not as advanced as other CRMs like Salesforce but that is not the market it is going for. The simplicity of it is what makes it so attractive for small businesses.

It is used to allocate people's work, keeping track of customers, tag them to a specific group, keep track of sales pipeline and interaction with the leads, it helps in sending group emails, etc. One of the best features I believe is the use of a feature called "tracks" that helps in setting up a path or flow of tasks to be done while working on a lead. We also create tasks for a particular deal if we want to. It also offers good integration support.
  • "Tracks" option to set up tasks to be done in an order.
  • Monitor and implement the sales pipeline.
  • Lack of features as compared to other CRM software.
  • Pretty basic UI needs to be made more appealing.
The best scenario to implement this CRM would be startups as you don't need to shell out a lot of money for this and this does emulate the basic plethora of tasks accomplished by a CRM software. It would also be a good addition to small and medium enterprises on a lookout to improve their sales process and thereby the productivity of their firm.

  • Improves productivity.
  • As the pricing is less compared to other CRM software it also gives better ROI.
It stacks up pretty well in basic features but lags behind in terms of CRM features and support, there is a lack of features as compared to the multitude of these software and support only exists over mail, a live chat feature would be much appreciated, integration with G-suite and even Office apps is still buggy and needs a lot of work. Although the pricing is less, the features are less as well, so it's almost true to say you get what you pay for.

Capsule CRM was suggested to me by a friend this year and so far, we love it! This is only the second CRM system I have used and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to understand integrate it with G Suite. The big seller for us is that it's FREE for 250 people or less. A lot of our clients are small businesses or non-profits, so this is a great tool as you're building your network.
  • Price: free for 250 people or less.
  • Easy to use.
  • Deleting files to free up space is difficult to do.
  • Add reminders like birthdays or donorversarys.
If you are looking for something that is free or cheap, then Capsule CRM is great! However, if your budget is more robust, I recommend a more well-rounded CRM tool. Capsule CRM is an amazing value for your money but lacks features larger non-profits or service companies would want like donor managed profiles.

  • Simplified our relationships and customer management experiences.
  • Add task reminders and opportunities to specific individuals or groups.
We simply could not afford to use the other platforms and felt this was the best choice for now! And, we're really happy with our decision because it includes everything we had wanted, and at a better price. We refer a lot of clients to this product and train them on how to use it. Once their business grows they usually upgrade to the paid version.
