Intuitive Interface: Users appreciate the intuitive user interface of Net Health Therapy for Clinics, which allows them to navigate effortlessly between different regions and buildings. Multiple reviewers have reported that the software's clean and straightforward interface makes it easy to run reports for multiple sites and predefined regions without any hassle.

Seamless Integration: Several reviewers noted that Net Health Therapy for Clinics has a seamless integration with Point Click Care program, making it easy to keep track of patients' progress and ensuring everyone is on the same page. This feature saves time and effort in feeding therapy data into nursing administration, allowing users to focus on patient care.

Easy Documentation System: Many reviewers found Net Health Therapy for Clinics an easy documentation system to pick up on without requiring extensive training. They appreciate pre-set sentences that allow them to fill in small pieces of information easily, increasing productivity and short notes. The program also offers appropriate goals and diagnoses available when writing reports, saving users time and effort.

Difficult to use: Several users have found Net Health Therapy for Clinics difficult to use due to its outdated appearance and non-intuitive interface. Users reported issues with scheduling, reporting, and creating goals. Some customization options were deleted after updates, making it more challenging to navigate.

Poor customer service: Multiple users have criticized the quality of customer support provided by Net Health Therapy for Clinics' team. They had trouble resolving open tickets, and contacting customer support by phone took a long time.

Appointment scheduler limitations: Many users felt that the appointment scheduler was problematic as it did not show the names of therapists or their hours without dragging the section and making it bigger. Only one employee could edit the schedule at a time, which caused issues in busy clinics with multiple staff members trying to access schedules simultaneously.

We use Casamba Clinic as our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software. All clinicians in the practice use this software. It is a great program for the management of all aspects of our patient care continuum. The software has a billing component that integrates with the medical record and allows our billers to bill insurances compliantly and has access to the documentation to support billed charges. The reporting functions are also good and will be further improved in future releases to make business management easier.
  • Ease of use
  • Support
  • Integration with all components
  • Reporting functionality
  • Citrix integration (moving to web, so not much more time with this problem)
Casamba Clinic has been well suited for all aspects of our business since its inception. I can't imagine using a paper chart for all aspects of patient care and not having the EMR system for more streamlined documentation, communication with referral sources and insurances, and for streamlined billing processes.
  • Less time expenditure for front office with e-faxing program
  • Ease of scheduling
  • Expediency of documentation so that this aspect doesn't take up valuable clinic time
I feel that Casamba Clinic is well on par if not better than all of these other solutions as far as functionality, quality, and user experience. Additionally, they listen well to the customers and adjust based on recommendations. Finally, I am confident of the company and the direction going forward that will allow it to be viable for the long term.
I appreciate all aspects of the program and the people in the company. These two components combined (a quality product and quality people) make this a company that I can fully support. I always feel heard whenever I have a recommendation, as well.
