I use CEIPAL ATS to source candidates. We have integrated it with our internal database and external job boards. it also helps me to keep a track of my data, performance. It is very user friendly, took me about a day only to get used to it. Its features like integrating it with different softwares is also very helpful

I am using Ceipal ATS in my current organization for the recruitment purpose. It helps me to find the best candidates for the requirements which I get from the client. I use Ceipal ATS to track the details of the candidates and details of requirements which I post on the Ceipal.
Ceipal helps me to maintain the record of the candidates which are uploaded to it. It has wide scope for me. I can say this is the best ATS i ever used during my recruitment career.

I am using Ceipal ATS for Sourcing Purpose. Its helps me to find the quality profiles in Job Market. It's easy to use also. I can use 3 or more job portals like Monster, Career Builder, and Dice. We have other options like Internal DB where we can store our Datas and Integrated search- it contains all the mentioned 3 job portals. It's reducing the time to find the candidates in single search. As a single software we can use multiple purpose like database maintenance of previous candidates details. This will help the recruitment field and recruiters. Definitely recommend software for big organizations.

This helps us to manage a huge database in internal DB and solves the problem of logging in to different job portals to search and post. Here we can do candidate search and do job posting on multiple portals at once, That's the major advantage of using Ceipal as ATS.

Ceipal ATS is well suited to find candidates within quick TAT, Options like mass mailing help us to save time and ease to find candidates. Keyword inaccuracy is affecting big time, once we put boolean and then open a profile then we came to know that particular profile doesn't have relevant skills which we mentioned in boolean is a drawback.

I like Ceipal very much because we can use integrated search both ( Career Builder, Monster, Dice). Easy to search resumes with the skills and locations, Title and days back search also done through this Ceipal. Very good ATS for find the best talends for the clients requirements. Some times repeated resumes are there some vendors posted the same resume in different style that's the issue otherwise all good. I like most candidate bulk email option it easy to help to send email to the multiple candidates at a time. More time saving for us. Very helpful to follow-up the candidates. User friendly ATS. More filters are there to save our time. we can find exact skills match candidates with this ATS.

Sometimes we get the candidate by the Ceipal ATS admin by following the candidate with us. And we can post in the Ceipal ATS platform to get the right candidate for the roles to fill out their responsibilities. Personally i recommend this portal strongly and i can get the results from this right away! Its really easy for us to build the strings to find the candidate and the auto correction also very useful when we build the strings.

I am using Ceipal ATS more than 1 year. It is more helpful for tracking the candidats and it gives right candidates with their right skills. And more helpful for filters also. Most profiles updated one and candidate resumes are updated they mention right phone number with their email also. It is more helpful for every recruiters including me.
  • Ceipal ATS shows perfect candidates resume with right skills.
  • And it combination of Monster, carrer builder and DIce
  • It has integrated search and if candidates are fake we mark it has fake candidate it shows in Ceipal ATS we get aware of it.
  • More over in Ceipal ATS no queries in that.
I made 7 closures with Ceipal ATS only. It is more helpful to me. I loved to use Ceipal ATS. I sourced multiple profiles with different set of strings it shows right candidates. We can also give comments or review to candidates it will more helpful for upcoming recruiters it is most helpful for recruiters.

We use Ceipal for candidate submission and fetching the IT candidates purpose. We also use Ceipal for keeping track of candidates and use them for any future requirements. Ceipal is being used here aggressively and its more helpful than any other ATS system we have ever used in our organization.

Most resumes are quality resumes, day by day we use this ATS platform to find candidates. This platform is very helpful in finding suitable candidates at the right time.

I have used US Recruitment for more than 2 years to find good candidates according to the client's requirements. sometimes I face some problems in Ceipal at times when I am adding a new candidate in Ceipal ATS.

  • I have found the interface to be complex and less intuitive, especially for new users. Simplifying the UI and providing better onboarding resources could enhance user experience.

Ceipal is one of the budding ATS in the market which provides solutions to Recruitment, Sourcing, Candidate Tracking. Being a Pocket friendly ATS it helps from Recruiting a Candidate from difeerent job portals to Tracking the candidates status. The integration feature with different job portals gives a upper hand rather than switching from one portal to another.

We are using CEIPAL ATS in our organization for multipurpose 1. Searching Candidate for various roles available at our client. 2. Onboarding of Candidate. 3. Payroll management. 4. Team Productivity. We are working in staffing industry where we serve our clients roles. CEIPAL ATS helps us to find consultant for different positions available in the market which our client wants to fill. There are different Job Boards integrated with CEIPAL ATS like Dice, Monster, careerbuilder etc. Resumes are fetched from these job boards and are saved at CEIPAL ATS database.

CEIPAL ATS has multiple features, which makes the recruitment process easy. Its UI is excellent, which makes it user-friendly. Multiple job boards, including some free job portals and social sites integrated into CEIPAL ATS, help in getting the right candidates for the position. There is one flaw it doesn't have any feature to assign years of experience for specific skills while searching profiles from the internal database.

We usually use CEIPAL ATS to store the database of the resumes. It helps us to keep a track record of each of the resumes in our database. There are several stages in the onboarding of the candidate and it keeps a record at each step. Also, the feature of the notes on the candidate profile helps to save time as it is only a single click to get an idea about the recent activity on the candidate profile.

CEIPAL is used by my whole organization for solving different business problems in each department. For example for recruiters it is solving the resource pulling resume search and AI technique is used for searching proper resumes, email merge and newly added feature is SMS to candidates about jobs. For managers, CEIPAL is great for report running score cards and recruiters' overall performance. For admin department it is used for attendance tracking and paperwork and work orders.

CEIPAL is being used for all ATS activities in our organization. Right from uploading the candidate's resume until the candidate is successfully placed and then for onboarding purposes. It also tracks complete recruiting activities of each recruiter by their numbers. It directly pulls jobs from client portal after we integrate it to client portal. Gives detailed and precise job posting. Mail merging is a great option in CEIPAL where a recruiter can send emails to a few selected candidates at one go. Best feature of CEIPAL is whichever resume a recruiter clicks gets migrated into the internal database.
