We love this software in the human resources department because it makes it much easier to organized tasks and control employees. It is so complete, that in the same platform we can enter the curriculum of each worker, time and manage absences, check printouts, plus a complete CRM.
  • The control of time and absences, allows us to keep all payroll, payments, and control of days worked, in order.
  • Its interface is very intuitive and easy to master, we do not need technical service for installation or use.
  • The activities that can be programmed automatically, such as alarms, mailings, and other activities, and facilitates daily work.
Cons
  • The recruiting function does not work as expected in my opinion, and the work has to be done almost manually.
  • I would like the menus to remain fixed and not to be displayed, as it is annoying to look for them again when I move the mouse.
  • Occasionally the program hangs and slows down but it does not affect the time schedule of the workers.
This is a very complete program that helps the human resources department. It facilitates tasks, automates basic activities and the best thing is that there are no more errors in the payroll and payments of workers because with Celayix we know exactly the hours worked by employees. It is an excellent program.
  • Absence management is the best feature of this program, it is much easier to make the payroll of employees without fear of any error.

We rely on Celayix to help us organize the company's shifts efficiently so that we can assign employees to the work shift that corresponds to them, with the staff that is available at that time. It also allows us to have greater control of employee hours worked, attendance, and leave.
  • I like that it also allows me to integrate with Quickbooks accounting software and Sage payroll, getting everything coupled in the same system.
  • All the management of hours control is very accurate since we can make the change of shifts so that there is no confusion with the hours of employees and together with the management of the availability, allows us to know which employee is available for shifts.
  • It has an absence tracking, where we can see all the absences of the employees, as well as the next vacations to know when we need to look for a replacement.
Cons
  • Although you can use the software in its web version and its mobile version, I feel that the mobile version is not as intuitive as the web, leaving out important functions.
  • I wish the technical support would provide more help in terms of configuring the software, as we had to install it blindly.
  • Sometimes the software slows down and freezes, we haven't checked yet if that affects the employees' hour counter, I guess not, as we haven't received any complaints from them.
This is software that will be very useful for all companies since they will be able to control the entries and exits of their employees in their jobs, the hours worked, shift changes, and everything related to the performance of the staff. They will not have to worry about personnel planning because the software will do it.

  • Powerful absence tracking helps us to monitor employee absences and control leaves and vacations.
  • Integration with accounting and payroll software to centralize all employee administration management.
  • Since we have this software, we have been able to have better control of employee hours, avoiding delays and achieving a better overall workflow. Employees are better organized since they know their schedules and shifts; we have also increased the performance of the department, since all the time it took us to control the hours properly, we invested in other activities.
