  • Every sub-section within HR and payroll maintain Excel sheets and other tools because Dayforce can't provide real-time data.
  • The workflows in Dayforce freeze and error-out so frequently that we have to use a paper-based tracking method to ensure we meet our internal hiring deadlines.

  • Once we are 100% up and running we anticipate a lot of efficiencies in the HR department but hard to quantify at this point.
  • Giving employees the ability to update addresses and direct deposit will result in less errors on the HR department.
  • Org charts will help everyone see where they fit into the organization and cut the learning curve for new hires trying to learn who is who and where they fit in.

  • Payroll processes have been shortened from end user all the way to the top payroll administrator.
  • Supervisors can see employee data on the computer or on their mobile device and don't have to dig through paper files.

  • We have definitely seen an increase in efficiency and productivity by enabling employees to have self-service for taxes and direct deposits.
  • We have been able to reduce errors by being able to review the payroll thoroughly pre processing.
  • We have saved some cost by having 1 vendor instead of multiple platforms.
