  • Complex configuration. Seequelle was less than understanding and did not address.
  • Strictly online training. Seequelle spent minimal time in helping. They completed the implementation for us not with us. Strict email communications.
  • We felt pressured and not supported which made us feel like a project not a team.

  • Getting Ceridian to understand how decentralized we are and how different the payroll policies are for each of our locations.
  • We have very specific Attendance rules for our Union Employees. Our Ceridian salesperson promised that Ceridian could handle those rules but we found out as we implemented that it couldn't and the product team doesn't foresee doing the necessary programming in the near future.

  • Not everyone completed the prerequisite trainings, so they didn't understand what was required of that. That meant that those who had completed the training (mainly, me) had to take on a bigger part of the load.
  • Bad timing- starting this during Open Enrollment was a bad idea as my time was divided. We eneded up having to delay our go-live by 3 months.
