Employees use the self service portion, Human resources use Dayforce for on-boarding to termination. Finance uses Dayforce for Payroll, and Managers use Dayforce to requisition employees, performance reviews and terminations.

As of right now, the only users of dayforce in our organization is the entire HR and payroll departments. It developer in it uses the web services for integration with wfm and the employees have limited access through self-service.

All employees, and management. We are a non-profit childcare and health and wellness business. We use Dayforce for all HR and payroll functions as well as recruiting and on-boarding of new hires. Since all employees use Dayforce the business functions represent hourly staff on up through the CEO and include Benefits, Payroll, Finance, Marketing, VPs and other management.

Everyone employed here used Dayforce. From the line staff using it to clock in and out, check their schedules and submit forms to HR and payroll who are in it all day long. Managers use it to look at their staff and manage them as well as submit forms to HR and payroll.

Our 220 employees represent our Accounting team, Marketing team, Materials Management team, Human Resources team, IT team, Electronic Assembly team, Mechanical team, Warehouse team Product Management team, Quality team, Customer Service team, Engineering team, and I/O Support team. All of our teams are using dayforce and have the ability to access it at work and at home. This has really helped keep all of our employees engaged in our business.

Our company is in the education sector, and several of our employees are ECE's and ECA's. (Early Childhood Educator's, Early Childhood Assistants) Outside of that, we also have Language instructors for adults (hourly), trades people (hourly) and standard admin staff (salary). The admin staff includes finance, HR, and upper management.

All employees use the Mobile App. The managers use timesheets and schedules. Our PR/HR Admins use the payroll and HR screens - they have different accesses to these screens. We have three employees who have administrative roles that take care of the back end set up. We would like our PR/HR Admins to utilize reporting but the administrative roles handle any more complex reporting requests.
