- Control speed - I like that Chorus.ai allows you to speed or slow down calls when reviewing.
- Word search - I appreciate that Chorus.ai has the word-search feature. It is very helpful to find certain phrases or jump to a specific part of a call. It's unfortunate when the call is not transcribed at all.
- Call sharing - I appreciate that Chorus.ai allows users to share all or part of a call with non-registered users. It's very helpful for training purposes and knowledge sharing.
- Transcription - Chorus.ai often misattributes words to one speaker versus another.
- Transcription - further, Chorus.ai does not always transcribe words or phrases correctly.
Love being to easily review my calls with Chorus.ai
- You can listen to the videos on 1.5x and 2x which I almost always utilize.
- I like being able to see recordings from the rest of my team.
- I like that it shows the duration of each call, so you can understand at a glance how much time you are spending with calls.
- Transcription is about 80% accurate and could be improved.
- Sometimes it gets two different speakers mixed up so the time that a certain person is talking is not always accurate.
- I don't utilize the coaching section but would like to see how it benefits others.
Good product that could be great
- The data they provide is so valuable.
- The smart playlist functionality is great.
- It provides insight to not just our sales team. Marketing and product find a lot of value in it.
- They have a handful of bugs in the software that pop up on occasion.
- They seem to have issues integrating with google meets. We have had a handful of calls not get recorded that we needed access to.
- They do not integrate with RingCentral very well.

A scenario where Chorus.ai is less appropriate is perhaps a customer is sharing a personal story/information they do not want to share with externals.
Helpful for Sales Reps
- I like that you can listen to the calls and increase the speed to listen quickly.
- I like that I don't have to do anything to record the call, it's just automatically done.
- I like that you can see when you are talking v. when other people are talking.
- Sometimes the download times are slow/buffering.
- It can be difficult to find good calls to listen to when training.
Chorus.ai is a great tool for Sales and CS teams

- Overall usability is easy for beginners to figure out.

Great tool for recording calls!
- Like that it shows when you are speaking vs. when the other person is speaking.
- Like that you can cut certain clicks and share with others.
- Sometimes I will be on a Zoom but have to be on a phone call for audio and Chorus.ai will record the zoom, but not the audio from the phone call.
It doesn't record my internal calls and I am guessing that is a setting on my company's end but wish it would also record internal calls.

- I really like I can share parts of the recording and not just the entire feed with colleagues.
- The ability to jump around a recording and read the transcript is very helpful.
- The dashboard UI is clean and easy to navigate.
- Transcription button more central and visible to the UI in the dashboard.
- When Chorus.AI joins a call having it identified in text so participants aren't questioning who the extra number is listening to the call.

Singing praises to Chorus.ai
- Call breakdowns are great. You can really get an understanding of what you're doing good and what needs improvement based on the conversation metrics.
- Analytics are nice to see how you stack up against your peers. Nothing wrong with a little friendly competition! and you'll know if you're falling behind.
- Chorus.ai does not recognize all conversation metrics which can hurt us.
- Not all of our calls/meetings are added to Chorus.ai. (This could be an internal issue?)
Easy to use!
- The whole process is automatic, there's nothing additional for us to do.
- The website itself is clean and easy to navigate.
- Sometimes it's hard to tell whether a call's recording is transferring to Chorus.ai or not. If there is a delay I question whether it will end up there or not.
