  • Control speed - I like that Chorus.ai allows you to speed or slow down calls when reviewing.
  • Word search - I appreciate that Chorus.ai has the word-search feature. It is very helpful to find certain phrases or jump to a specific part of a call. It's unfortunate when the call is not transcribed at all.
  • Call sharing - I appreciate that Chorus.ai allows users to share all or part of a call with non-registered users. It's very helpful for training purposes and knowledge sharing.
  • Transcription - Chorus.ai often misattributes words to one speaker versus another.
  • Transcription - further, Chorus.ai does not always transcribe words or phrases correctly.
8 or 9. Because Chorus.ai does not always transcribe calls accurately (or at all), I would encourage colleagues to check out all services available for call recordings. With that said, I've been mostly happy with Chorus.ai and promote Chorus.ai to friends or colleagues when they've shared that they are looking for a service to record and review calls.

  • You can listen to the videos on 1.5x and 2x which I almost always utilize.
  • I like being able to see recordings from the rest of my team.
  • I like that it shows the duration of each call, so you can understand at a glance how much time you are spending with calls.
  • Transcription is about 80% accurate and could be improved.
  • Sometimes it gets two different speakers mixed up so the time that a certain person is talking is not always accurate.
  • I don't utilize the coaching section but would like to see how it benefits others.
Chorus.ai is great for research and sales conversations (either video or phone) so that you can go back and write down details from the calls. I often search in the transcription for certain words which helps me to jump around in the conversation quickly.

  • The smart playlist functionality is great.
  • It provides insight to not just our sales team. Marketing and product find a lot of value in it.
  • They have a handful of bugs in the software that pop up on occasion.
  • They seem to have issues integrating with google meets. We have had a handful of calls not get recorded that we needed access to.
  • They do not integrate with RingCentral very well.
While it's not perfect, I think you get a lot of functionality for a reasonable price. We compared multiple platforms and found the most value with Chorus.ai.

  • I like that you can listen to the calls and increase the speed to listen quickly.
  • I like that I don't have to do anything to record the call, it's just automatically done.
  • I like that you can see when you are talking v. when other people are talking.
  • Sometimes the download times are slow/buffering.
  • It can be difficult to find good calls to listen to when training.
It's great in a sales role. Listening to sales calls and different reps pitch is really helpful. It may not be as suitable for internal calls I guess.

I love how easy it is to review calls in a fast and efficient way. It makes it so I don't have to be writing notes on my computer or notepad and can focus on the call and the conversation, which in turn allows me to be ready for pivots in the conversation and participate more as an active listener.

Chorus.ai is great for external meetings, not so much internal meetings. great for account handoffs, relaying information to the account team, surfacing information up to managers. Also great for knowledge sharing - what strategies do well in meetings, what don't, where can there be improvement? I don't see the need for Chorus.ai in every meeting though.

I like how my manager coaches me on calls. I also have been using it to listen to the top sales reps in my org. I am especially fond of knowing that I can always go back and find out how I can improve on something for my next call.

  • Sometimes I will be on a Zoom but have to be on a phone call for audio and Chorus.ai will record the zoom, but not the audio from the phone call.
Like that it can record audio calls as well as Zoom calls.

It doesn't record my internal calls and I am guessing that is a setting on my company's end but wish it would also record internal calls.

  • The ability to jump around a recording and read the transcript is very helpful.
  • The dashboard UI is clean and easy to navigate.

  • When Chorus.AI joins a call having it identified in text so participants aren't questioning who the extra number is listening to the call.
Since Chorus.ai is a virtual notetaker, I never miss out on important information. I find there's always something new I pick up when I review the transcript that helps me in positioning my response. I find that personalizing my response by quoting something the prospect said is really impactful in building relationships and winning the deal!

The best thing I like about Chrous.ai is the ease of use and the countless filters that make it really easy for me to find specific calls I want to review or listen to! It also has additional features like coaching and integrating with some apps- we integrate it with our Slack!

Chorus.ai has allowed us to reflect as a company on where we can improve the onboarding process and demonstration of our current platform. The tools help us skip over the chit chat and focus on the meat and potatoes. We would like to see a weekly review of our calls in our emails on a weekly basis so that we can reflect and manage our pipeline efficiently.

  • Chorus.ai sometimes does not "record" even though it has joined the call.
  • Need a better way for Chorus.ai to join Zoom calls, rather than as an additional "person" on the meeting.
Chorus.ai is very well suited in the new age digital world where all the meetings are happening over Zoom or any other video conferencing solution. It is a great way to listen in on the conversation later on and understand the context, even though you couldn't be in that meeting live.
Not suitable for companies that don't care about coaching or learning from previous conversations.

I love Chorus.ai and especially my account manager. Get that guy a raise or promotion. Bringing on a new tool is always challenging but he has helped with increasing adoption and making our team feel supported too. I know that another department is also now using Chorus.ai besides sales.

Chorus is great for learning and continuing to learn. It is also nice to relisten to calls and pick up on missed items. I have used it to prepare for calls where someone else has already spoken to the client and it has helped me seem more prepared and ready.

  • Call breakdowns are great. You can really get an understanding of what you're doing good and what needs improvement based on the conversation metrics.
  • Analytics are nice to see how you stack up against your peers. Nothing wrong with a little friendly competition! and you'll know if you're falling behind.
  • Chorus.ai does not recognize all conversation metrics which can hurt us.
  • Not all of our calls/meetings are added to Chorus.ai. (This could be an internal issue?)
Chorus.ai really lets you hone in on your skills to determine its strength and weaknesses. You never truly know how good you sound until you start listening to yourself but the task of breaking it down yourself, or by someone else, was a long painstaking process. Chorus.ai does great at reading what's happening during your conversation and converting it to metrics that matter and have been proven affective.

  • The whole process is automatic, there's nothing additional for us to do.
  • The website itself is clean and easy to navigate.
  • Sometimes it's hard to tell whether a call's recording is transferring to Chorus.ai or not. If there is a delay I question whether it will end up there or not.
If you want your calls recorded, then I think Chorus.ai is a great option. It's easy to use as far as recording your calls (once I set it up I literally don't do anything else), and the website is easy to navigate as well if you are trying to locate your calls. It's also nice to listen in on other people's calls within your team.
