  • Allows us to share both positive and negative calls to the team for knowledge sharing
  • Allows leadership to coach when constantly having to be in multiple places at once
  • Weekly emails of calls suggested to listen to
  • Chorus.ai may have the ability to do so but I'd love to get daily/weekly emails when certain words (competitors) are mentioned.
Chorus.ai is great for companies that have multiple sales reps to a leader. As you know, it is very difficult as you are being pulled in multiple directions. But Chorus.ai has the ability to record all calls to listen back to, share with a group, use for coaching, and onboarding as well. It also allows us to focus more on the call and have it take notes for us, which makes for a better customer experience.

  • The ability for client success managers to share conversation snippets directly with me and my team is extremely helpful when diagnosing issues or evaluating feedback.
  • The UI is straightforward and effective.
  • It's easy to make sure that the Chorus recorder is part of a meeting.
  • The email notifications aren't always helpful and I had to turn them off.
From a product management perspective, it's very helpful to see and hear client feedback directly from the source. It's also great for diagnosing issues that come up during calls. And by running searches or alerts for mentions of things like the roadmap, it's easy to find relevant conversations and get a feel for the pulse of our clients.

  • Chorus makes it easier to receive real-time and relevant coaching feedback.
  • Chorus helps pick up on key trends in your calls (i.e. how much you talk vs. your prospect, if recurring words come up like a specific competitor or objection).
  • Chorus gives you a place to take a deeper dive into the behaviors behind your call activity and seamlessly integrates with your CRM (in our case, Salesforce).
  • Less than 10% of the time, Chorus will fail to record a meeting automatically.
Chorus is great for SaaS-based and/or product-focused companies looking to gather sales intelligence to help fine-tune and optimize the buyer journey and sales process. In addition, it's a great tool for sales leaders to be able to more effectively coach their team, provide real-time feedback on call performance, and hone in on areas of improvement. Additionally, Chorus makes it easy to refer back to call activity and conversation so you can focus on just being present on the call and not trying to take as many notes.

  • I like being able to watch Zoom calls at 2x speed.
  • Seeing how much time I talk vs others is helpful.
  • I like how Chorus.ai automatically records my Zoom meetings.
  • The transcription function is hard to use, not always sure what to do.
  • It would be great if I could share recordings with people who don't have an account.
  • Would like to be able to download audio only files.
I use Chorus mainly so I can review meetings I have with my colleagues. These meetings are often discussions that I am facilitating with other departments, and it's difficult to take notes while moderating the conversation. Because Chorus records the call automatically, I can go back later to review the call. I can even pull notes from the transcript, which makes it much easier for me to document the outcomes of these discussions. I also like sharing these discussions with others who couldn't join the call. We also use Chorus to listen in on sales and customer success calls. Our marketing team needs to hear directly from customers, but scheduling separate interviews is both time-consuming for us and for them. Being able to listen to these calls after they happen gives us the exposure we need without requiring extra tie.

  • Super easy to use.
  • Logs into calls and starts recording. I love that I don't have to remember to do something for it to start working.
I can always revisit calls in order to check notes or to improve my skills. I use this at least every other week to review my calls, catch my repeat words, and revise my own vocabulary when speaking to clients. I personally use it on every call.

  • Excellent snipping and editing tools.
  • Easy to find specific parts of a call because of the word tracking tool.
  • Very easy to share clips with customers post call.
  • Very easy to show dev team specific areas of improvement for our product directly from customer review calls.
  • Chorus doesn't automatically record calls by default, so I have missed a couple of recordings of meetings that I book last minute that I really needed to have recorded.
  • UI gets a little weird when you shrink the screen/zoom in, but that's not a big deal honestly.
I think having a tool like Chorus is an absolute must for any sort of data-driven tech company. Our Sales Team gets a ton out of it in making sure that we're consistently using the same vocabulary and tactics that lead to a high close rate. My department uses it to snip up our longer calls with customers into easily digestible and sharable snippets. Measuring talk time amongst all parties in a call has also been invaluable in pointing out when we're starting to ramble and are not taking enough time to listen to customers/prospects. Chorus is one of the few tools I can legitimately say have vastly changed the way I work for the better.

  • The playlist function is really awesome and easy for collaboration.
  • Being able to clip sections of audio is awesome.
  • I love the way you can write in comments on the calls.
  • Occasionally the calls do not record, it might be the way our calendars are connected.
  • When you create/edit clips, it is not clear what an outside party will see when you send it to them. It would be better if you had a preview section.
Chorus is an awesome platform for call coaching and for reviewing calls to ensure we have correctly heard our clients. We also use it to help clip portions of calls for clients if they need to refer back to what we have discussed.

  • Chorus.ai sponsors #GirlsClub, a mentorship group focused on women in Sales. Women are underrepresented in the Sales profession and this is important work!
  • The transcript feature is easy to use and more accurate than others I've used in the past.
  • Trackers are helpful once established and the tool gets smarter as time goes on.
  • I'd like to see Chorus change their onboarding of new client process to focus on the AI and setting up appropriate trackers.
  • Technical implementation is solid, but strategic implementation is lacking. I understand how to work Chorus.ai, but would benefit from some best practices and strategic help for my managers.
Chorus.ai is a great tool for busy Sales Managers to streamline and strategize their coaching. It is so much more than a call repository, but their onboarding process lends itself to using it that way unless you have internal resources to mine the tool for more effective usage. This is the biggest area of opportunity for Chorus.ai. The search functionality is also cumbersome, if you are looking for trends across reps there are better tools out there (Call Miner comes to mind). Chorus.ai is a better tool for more established Sales Managers who don't have to be served up the strategic implications of their coaching.

Chorus.ai is used by the entire commercial organization. Anyone who is customer facing, but isn’t part of the commercial organization (i.e. product or content specialists) also have an account. Sales leaders, AEs, AMs, SDRs, etc. use it daily. As a sales manager, I use this several times a week to help coach my team, especially remote employees. It’s also extremely helpful in reviewing client conversations. We also use Chorus.ai to record important internal meetings for future reference.
  • Ease of use - can quickly reference and identify key areas for coaching by having calls on demand.
  • Automated deal insights help me stay on top of areas I might have missed.
  • Helps me stay close to my team even when I can’t be at every meeting.
  • Needs improvement with identifying areas of conversation - BANT, push to close, etc.
  • Can’t fully trust summary or areas of focus concern. Needs to better contextualize my business.
  • Filter views are somewhat annoying. Hide no-shows, for example. Sometimes we invite 5 people and 4 show up and it counts as a no-show meeting.
Chorus.ai works very well in staying close to your team when you can’t be on every meeting. It gives me a chance to put a second set of eyes on a prospect conversation or quickly come up to speed on the history of a deal even when I haven’t been fully involved. While I trust my reps, sometimes I can bring a different set of perspectives to a convo by listening from the outside. They may have missed a key piece of information or question that I can help coach around.

  • It's great to have a library of all of our calls.
  • It's easy to see who is speaking for the majority of the call.
  • Transcripts of calls are a great tool to have.
  • Takes some getting used to from a UX standpoint
  • Not always easy to find what I'm looking for
  • Transcripts can be wonky
Reviewing calls that I miss or that are relevant is super powerful. Chorus.ai gives me the ability to go back and watch/listen to calls with customers or prospects to get a better understanding of what is going on.

  • We use Chorus.ai to review expectation setting
  • Key word search
  • Coaching opportunities
  • Transcribing isn't perfect but is far better than others I've used.
Chorus.ai has been a very valuable tool for use to identify coaching opportunities and hold representatives accountable for expectation setting. With that said, we also have a record of what the customers are saying and use that to help them see value with our products during their customer journey with us.

Chorus.ai empowers our sales reps to get actionable feedback from leaders in a way that drives improvement.
  • Intuitive UI
  • Powerful Analytics
  • Easy collaboration
  • Search function within library
  • Ability to see whether or not Chorus.ai has your meeting scheduled
Chorus.ai is appropriate for 1:1 meetings with sales management. It’s less appropriate when applied to internal meetings.

Chorus is used throughout the entire Sales department at my organization. Often, we have complex meetings that require a good review, and Chorus does a great job of helping us with that. As soon as a meeting is finished, I receive an email with key insights and notes to follow-up with. Sometimes, I'm not able to attend the meetings, so it helps to know that they still went through with a prospect, and I can quickly catch up on what happened during the meeting. Chorus listens to everything that is said and gives me plain insights to use in the future. I've had multiple people reach out to me wanting a copy of the meeting to listen to. Chorus integrates well with Zoom, which is what we use for the meetings.
  • Key Insights: Chorus uses AI to give you the main takeaways of the meeting.
  • Automations: Chorus knows when to record and it is all automated.
  • Integrations: The fact that Chorus is integrated into Zoom makes my life SO much easier.
  • Chorus sometimes chooses not to record meetings that it thinks aren't with prospects. Sometimes I've realized after the fact that I didn't get a meeting recorded that I wanted to.
  • Chorus can be a little bit difficult to understand and set up.
  • Chorus can take a bit of adjusting to with all of the information it gives you.
If you have a ton of meetings that can be complex, Chorus.ai is perfect. It will listen to every meeting that you have, give you key insights & takeaways, and record the meeting for you to come back to. I've honestly been so grateful that we've had Chorus, or else I wouldn't be doing as well as I am in my current role in Sales. Chorus makes the life of a salesperson so much easier.

Chorus.ai is used across all customer facing teams. As a member of the sales team, I regularly use Chorus.ai to review my calls after the fact and pick out important pieces of information. This tool allows me to focus on having a productive sales conversation rather than feverishly writing down everything my customer says.
  • Provides a transcript of everything said
  • Displays the % of time that you speak vs the customer
  • Creates a record of your calls for later review
  • It'd be nice if it synced with Salesforce
  • It serves its purpose, so I don't have any complaints
It's a fantastic tool for a salesperson and I could see it being useful for a customer success manager as well. Just having a record of exactly what is said makes deciphering notes a non-issue and absolutely nothing can get lost in translation. I like how you can just skip to a portion of the call when the customer is speaking, so you don't have to listen back to everything.

Chorus.ai is used by sales to record sales calls and review how the calls go, how our sales team can improve their sales strategy, and the things prospects bring up on the call.

Chorus.ai is used by product marketing to track competitors mentioned on calls, and we're currently investigating if there's a way we can use it to start analyzing data to contribute to win-loss analysis.
  • Update emails -- Chorus.ai recently started sending recommended calls for users to listen to, indicating topics that were discussed in the call. This puts Chorus.ai top-of-mind for me since I'm not an active daily user. But it made me aware that we could utilize a specific call for a particular competitor analysis.
  • Love the ability to tag certain points in the call for follow-up from other team members.
  • Transcription -- Chorus.ai transcribes each call, which makes it great for quick review and testimonial follow-up from a product marketing perspective.
  • It can be difficult to find a call you're looking for.
  • Transcription -- I listed as a pro, but also a con because it's not always accurate.
  • Depending on your budget, it could be cost-prohibitive.
Chorus.ai is well suited for teams that want to refine their sales message. While people may predominantly think that this is a sales team priority, our company's product marketing team is also benefitting from call tracking and call tagging to understand what sort of blockers the sales team is dealing with, and what competitors are being mentioned on the call, as well as the product issues or functionality gaps that prospects are identifying in the demo process. We're using this information to create better battlecards for sales enablement, and ideally share with the product team to improve roadmapping/prioritization of work.

We use it for all calls with prospects and customers and everyone with a customer-facing role has a license. We use it to record calls for quality assurance, so customer-facing teams can review and take notes, and training and enablement use it for coaching and training. We often extract parts of calls for training videos.
  • Ease of use (can add to your invite and it automatically joins call).
  • Transcripts are provided - They have gotten much more accurate.
  • I wish we could see specific filler words in coaching section.
  • I wish we could control target words by the individual user.
Any time you have calls you may want to review for any reason, Chorus is great. We also use it occasionally just to record a conversation and get a transcript - so a high-level salesperson might call me, give a presentation over the phone, and I can use the transcript to pull key phrases out for training. If we want to find out what our salespeople are saying about a particular issue or product, it's easy to search within the conversation and see that section.

Chorus.ai is being used by our sales team over here at Mavenlink. Our sales team here is roughly 100 people. It helps with data gathered from meeting recordings. For example, we can use it to see how long the prospect spoke versus the sales team. Chorus.ai makes it easier to analyze calls to learn and optimize sales.
  • The data retrieved is accurate.
  • UI is amazing.
  • The transcript is often wrong.
  • Sometimes the recordings aren't picked up.
Chorus.ai is very well suited for sales teams looking to train and improve their skills. It makes it easy for managers to analyze demonstration performance and train on what should have been done or said. Chorus.ai is less appropriate for small sales teams where managers may have the time to listen while the demonstration is happening.

We use Chorus.ai to keep a track of our conversations with prospects. We can review them to write down info we may have missed while actively engaged with the customer and also use it for training purposes. When we have a call that we think may have went poorly, we can send the recording to coworkers/management for tips and advice.
  • Recording the calls is usually great quality.
  • They transcribe all the conversations to make it easy to write down info.
  • Sometimes the transcriptions are off and end up saying nonsense words when they can't understand what the prospect is saying.
  • There are occasions where there are errors in recordings and they will cut out halfway through.
If you are in an outbound or inbound sales role and constantly talking with prospects Chorus.ai is immensely helpful. To be able to review any conversation that you have had after the conversation itself is incredibly valuable to improving your skills as a salesperson. Being able to get outside perspectives on any conversation you have had also helps you improve.

Chorus.ai is being used by our Sales team. Calls are recorded. My Sales Engineers can reference the calls to hear, and see, first hand what a client is talking about. Sales people can visually see a graphic that tells them how long they are talking vs. the client. There are transcripts but I don't trust nor use them. There is some kind of AI scoring but I find that useless as well. There is integration with Salesforce which basically helps to file the calls. There is integration with Zoom, which is our teleconferencing software, that works relatively well.
  • Chorus.ai integrates well with Zoom, our teleconferencing software so we can automagically record all our calls.
  • Chorus.ai has an integration with Salesforce that allows for searches in Salesforce to find a recorded call easily enough.
  • Chorus.ai has a feature that lets you visually see how long you talked vs. a prospect during a call. It is interesting to visually see when you are not a good listener.
  • I don't see the value in the automatic transcription service. We work with people from all over the world and the accents are just butchered.
  • I don't see any value in the AI features. If they are so good, Chorius.ai is not doing a good job of making that value useful to me.
  • I really just see the tool as a glorified recording service. Couldn't we use Zoom to do that too?
  • If Chorus.ai would allow me to edit and make annotations on calls that might be helpful.
If I need calls to be recorded automatically and added to Salesforce, this works nicely.
I don't know anyone in our team that uses any of the coaching or other tools.

We use Chorus.ai to review sales calls to improve upon our skills. It is very useful to be able to have the system identify words being used and other landmarks throughout our conversations to review. From there it provides valuable data to associate with failed and successful calls.
  • Recording
  • Accessibility
  • Incorrect word recognition
After a certain sales cold call, that did not end in success, I was able to use Chorus.ai to review instances in which I could have asked more appropriate questions, did more discovery, and not interrupt the prospect. Despite initial failure on this call, I was able to take learning moments from this call to qualify myself the next time I spoke.
