  • Rarely misses any calls (issue in the past of calls not getting recorded).
  • Easy to share - both internally and externally.
  • Snippets are good and nice to have for control.
  • Remove the 'Conference Room' from attendees list joining calls (90% of clients ask who it is).
  • Dark theme.
  • Better transcription searching.
Chorus.ai is a really helpful tool. As a rep - I've used it to go back and relisten to calls, double check notes/action items, etc. It's very helpful with so many digital calls to help coach not only on selling skills, but presentation skills as well. Video and audio are easy to work with and very clear. Tool itself is easy to navigate.

  • When you are within a call recording, the insights are second to none. You can track talk time, longest monologue, to self-coach for any future meetings.
  • Love how you can see the slides or screens that were presented/demoed. It is very valuable for hearing talk tracks around specific slides for ramping reps.
  • Their Zoom app looks very interesting and can be a great time saver.
  • Would love to see deal risks presented clearly if they build a better integration with SFDC. Something that will capture all activity w/ every contact is an opportunity, and present deal risks like not being multithreaded, no activity in x days, no execs engaged, etc.
  • Managing users is a very manual process. Getting your initial employees setup is easy, but anytime there are promotions or team changes, you have to update them in Chorus.ai manually.
It is well suited for call reviews because it surfaces a lot of information if you weren't able to be on the call.

  • Detailed analysis of calls.
  • Great functionality.
  • Easy to use.
  • Higher level of detail with automated suggestions.
  • A word generator which outlines words that you could of used instead of common words.
  • The ability to share easier with people in the org.
Reviewing sales calls with live prospects is an appropriate scenario.
Reviewing calls to try to find fault with someone is less appropriate.

  • Call visibility.
  • AI searching of transcripts.
  • Unclear setup structure.
  • Lack of relevant analytic reporting.
  • Not all data is available for research.
  • Can't export data into a reportable way to Salesforce.
  • Can't translate for multi-language teams.
It works well for coaching and pipeline visibility.

  • Captures everything
  • Flexibility
  • Love the ability to listen in a faster speed
  • Use friendliness
  • Playback can freeze up sometimes
With Chorus.ai, you can set up specific phrases to track for certain teams, which is cool. But sometimes Chorus.ai doesn't pick up the right phrase or, if the phrase includes common words, you won't be able to decipher when someone is using it in your context or not.

  • Very quick to send me the recorded videos.
  • Scans my calendar well to find my demos.
  • Great at finding key words in the videos.
  • Quicker load times of recorded videos.
It has been very well suited for reviewing calls with management, since they cannot be on every live demo. It has helped me improve my sales strategy’s greatly.

  • Easy to use.
  • Convenient call recording.
  • Sharing/storage.
  • Searching/sorting.
  • Quickly identifying parts/topics/people within a voice call via recording.
  • Transcription accuracy.
  • Recommendation accuracy/relevancy.
  • Interface (for setting up, integrating, workflow, etc.).
Sales management and BDR management for call reviews and coaching. Useful to see if reps are using certain terms and phrases.

It could be useful for market research or competitive intel, but only at significant scale. For one-off calls it doesn't add enough value in this regard. more work to manually try and go through transcripts. Needs more "AI" ... but again, depends on having a high volume of diverse calls. We might be too small for this use case (100 ppl company, 10 reps).

  • Transcription of call.
  • Easily able to jump to points in call recording where certain topics were discussed.
  • Highlight difference in talk time between you and customer.
  • Have option to 'opt in' for feedback - the system can send you a weekly summary where your top filler words are called out (um, like, so), and also notify you about your talk time vs the customer. This would be helpful so the data can come directly to you instead of having to search for it.
  • Summary of weekly amount of calls - get insights on when you had high call volume weeks vs low call volume.
  • Easier way to hide 'note taker' on Zoom. This often leads to customer questions, which can get awkward as to why the call is being recorded.
Great tool, especially when onboarding. I used to listen to similar calls conducted by colleagues to understand how they present different features of our platform and what types of questions they often hear from customers. I also would review past calls with the customers that I was taking over so I could better understand the context of their partnership with our company.

  • How recordings are broken down is impressive.
  • Skimming through recordings is easy and reliable.
  • I'd like to be able to share playlists with non-Chorus users.
For any solution selling organization where prospecting, qualification and demos are part of the sales process.
Also, for onboarding and orientation of newly-hired personnel to get them up to speed.

  • Recording Calls is highly valuable
  • The Mobile App is gone
Chorus.ai is very helpful in Sales organizations. I do a lot of presentations, so it helps me watch presentations that my peers have delivered, and learn from them. Further, I go back and watch my own presentations and learn from my mistakes. I can also review historical meetings with customers that I am going to meet with so that I can understand the historical context that my company has with them.

  • Easy to use platform.
  • Tracks helpful data points.
  • Would be helpful if each manager could choose criteria to surface a call to them for coaching.
  • More accurate analytics.
Chorus.ai is great for your sales team if you are looking to do coaching and feedback with it. We've tried to use it for marketing and product teams to gain market insights but the transcriptions are not 100% accurate.

Chorus is being used by our entire sales & CS effort across the company to eliminate lost details, communicate active opportunities across the organization, build a "best practices" library for onboarding and up-leveling our reps, and personal coaching & feedback. It reduces ramp time, increases deal sizes, and increases our win rate.
  • Chorus integrates with Zoom so all of my major calls are recorded.
  • Chorus also integrates with Outreach so my outbound calls are typically recorded.
  • Chorus is very flexible in being able to clip just the right portion of a call to send to others.
  • It seems every now and then a call of mine is not recorded for some unknown reason.
  • Chorus can be a little overwhelming to a new user.
  • Chorus UI could be a little cleaner in dissecting and annotating a call to quickly find relevant positions of that call.
If you have a scaling sales organization, Chorus is a game-changer if leaders really buy-in. Before Chorus, we'd get a new employee and try to get them to sit in on as many calls as possible, which were hit and miss for value. With Chorus, you can curate the best calls to listen to to help a ramping employee get up to speed quickly.

  • Auto subtitles for playback.
  • Faster loading times.
  • Phone App?
It may not be so appropriate in some countries or some companies where their company culture is a bit more private and they may not be as open to being recorded. However most of the time, after explaining to them, most understand the reasons for this and are eventually fine with being recorded.

  • Its feature of identifying certain keywords from the call is highly beneficial.
  • You can choose to share snippets and also choose to save those snippets.
  • It does a great job in generating audio transcripts.
  • The new feature rollout where it automatically send you notes from the calls about the next steps is impressive.
  • It can work on improving the accuracy for transcripts.
  • There should be an option to download transcripts.
  • Chorus.ai sometimes takes a long time to process calls and generate audio analytics.
It is well suited for recording internal and external calls for reviews and coaching. It also works pretty well in generating analytics, identifying keywords, generating transcripts etc. However, it isn't the best tool to be used as a training platform.

  • Transcripts (most of the time).
  • Scheduling recording ahead of time
  • Mobile app.
  • Transcription accuracy.
  • Registering an external consultant as a team member in playback.
  • Major bugs in creating & sharing snippets
  • Often fails to load all components that should be present on the video playback page.
  • Appears to cause connection issues on my machine.
I used to love this product but recently it has become so buggy as to be exceedingly frustrating to use. I hope our sales team switches to a viable competitor soon so that I can more easily record and share product research calls.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE!
  • The user interface is super easy to understand and requires very little training to leverage.
  • Great call trackers to that conversations are automatically tagged with topics, competitors, products, etc.
  • Hard to think of any at this point
Chorus.ai is well suited for any business that is looking to get a better understanding of the way that their sales reps are selling to customers. They can hone in on selling tendencies and trends and become better sales coaches with this information. One sales manager can support more reps because he doesn't have to be on every live call in order to provide feedback and support.

As COVID restrictions lessen and we are in person more with our customers, Chorus.ai will probably not be used as much during sales presentations because they will be live in person. That is the only type of sales environment that might not be well suited for Chorus.ai.

  • It presents interesting insights of your calls by showing speaker ratios, keywords used, etc.
  • The search functionality is quite powerful, accurate and quick.
  • You can change the speed of the calls.
  • It can improve the accuracy of the transcripts.
  • Sometimes it takes a long time for chorus to process calls and present the insights and transcripts.
  • Lately, I've been noticing that their audio quality is declining.
It is well suited for call reviewing since it captures keywords used, shows speaker ratios, you can change the speed when reviewing. You can also expand the use case and use it for coaching and knowledge sharing too.

We use Chorus in the North America region on a daily basis. I run the sales department and all my AEs and BDRs use it on all of our demos. It allows us to customize coaching per individual rep and also helps us train new hires.
  • Easy to use...set it and forget it.
  • It is a very proactive environment in terms of "delivering" insightful snippets to ensure you take the time to listen to the calls as a manager.
  • Relatively easy to use interface, although it is starting to get a bit busy in terms of look/feel.
  • Keep it simple.
  • Provide additional templates so managers don't have to create things from scratch.
Great for US audiences. A little harder to use for our counterparts who are based in EMEA due to GDPR.

Sales uses Chorus.ai to review calls, coach and skill development. It records zoom meetings and phone calls and is a very useful tool to improve sales.
  • Calls are able to be broken down for review by others
  • You can send snippets to your manager to ask for specific coaching
  • You can share your calls with teammates and managers
  • You can see/watch recordings done by others to learn also.
  • I would like to be able to share with non Chorus users.
  • mobile app would be nice
  • more accurate transcripts
Sales teams must have this tool! You can hear yourself and others to learn how to make yourself better! You can see who is speaking and when.

  • It has a pretty solid search engine, allowing you to search by keywords.
  • You have great features like speed change, skip speaker, transcripts, call ratio, etc.
  • It streamlines the entire process by automating recording of calls.
  • Their mobile application can be improved.
  • Sometimes it doesn't track the number of attendees of the call accurately.
It is well suited when you want to have a software for recording calls that can be reviewed later on. It comes very handy when you have to make notes and can search by keywords.
Also great for training and coaching of new team members.

  • Good sales engagement, clearly hungry for our business and was committed to the process.
• It's early days for us at the moment so it's hard to say, but we have no regrets with investing CI. We are learning a huge amount from recording and reviewing calls and believe that this will be a part of our Enablement strategy. We particularly like the transcripts and sharing options and look forward to further development of the product in this regard.
  • We have high expectations of the Salesforce integration but have not used it as yet.
  • Poor user experience with on-premises Exchange. Development on EWS services would have been useful.
  • The admin UI is difficult to use. We had to have our account manager build user hierarchies, setup trackers and the reports are pretty limited.
  • The overall implementation experience was ok. More direction is needed for the implementation and specific next steps or information to be provided.
I believe that it is better suited to Exchange Online or Google rather an on-premises mail servers. As a security company, we have stringent requirements around data privacy especially when engaging with prospects. It was a challenge getting internal alignment and approval of the technology, but now that it's in, we are pleased that we made the effort.

  • Snippets can be made of recordings for further analysis.
  • Meta data search where you can search words used within a recording (not just title).
  • Longest monologue, talktime, mentions of words etc.
  • Transcript feature - needs AI to understand some of the commonly used words and not miss them or read them incorrectly.
  • Difficult to understand analytics/ usage dashboard.
  • Would like it be embedded inside CRM rather than being redirected to Chorus.ai's website to go through a recording.
It is really well suited for all organizations. However, necessary if you've a growing sales and business development functions and not a lot of support from enablement teams. It really helps identifying areas of improvement, what is going right and what is hindering the best next step. It integrates well with CRM, Calendar, etc and gets all info available (title, deck presentation time, demo time etc). A much-needed tool in this era of remote selling
