There is a Vital need for Chorus. One of the most used systems.

Easier employee training (other departments being able to see past presentations or calls). It allowed us to improve training for them on company information and expectations.

Chorus sits on all of our Zoom calls and records everything for us and makes it easy to snip up, gives us actionable feedback on our call quality, and provides us with a portal to view each others' calls. It also automatically logs calls into Salesforce for us.

I've already put all of this into my previous answers.

So far I've only had to ask 1 question of the team and I got an answer very quickly that was helpful. The tool itself is pretty user-friendly, so we didn't need much training to start immediately getting value.

Clips and call coaching have been phenomenal to use as a manager.

I have not used Customer Support, because the platform is very intuitive. The client onboarding experience and trainings I have been to have been great!

It is very much used today across our sales organization and it is heavily used for enablement.

We use many other tools and Chorus.ai fits in seamlessly. We have it integrated with Zoom and Salesforce, which are most important. It appears there is an SSO/Okta integration and we will hopefully be doing that next.

When other people within our organization would like to hear sales calls, Chorus.ai has made it very easy to share snippets or whole calls with them. This has saved a ton of time--instead of having to wait and shadow a sales rep, they can listen to it on their own.

We've had a fantastic CSM and when they're not available the support center has been helpful. Not sure if there is live chat but that would be helpful.

We have not had a comparable tool in the past. Much of the scoring of calls we would do would be analog. I would love to be able to integrate the scoring rubrics that we use into Chorus.ai to further streamline our tools.

We have been able to include it in the tasks for new hires to complete with LevelJump. Making it a streamlined, effective tool with measurable results.

I haven't worked with the support team yet, but I do have a meeting next week with our rep and am looking forward to it. So I can be sure to get the most out of the program.

I haven't used another tool with similar capabilities. In the past, we have great tools to reach customers, for research, etc., but never to help with the coaching and development.

Chorus.ai is very helpful for logging and tracking calls. It allows our coaching teams and managers to easily listen and evaluate call quality.

Deal notifications are extremely helpful. While I often try to listen to as many calls as possible - I don’t have the bandwidth to listen to them all. The deal notifications help call you key deals that I should focus in on. It’s a great way to help with time management.

We use Chorus.ai as part of a voice of the customer program, where we review calls with customers and prospects that were scheduled with various departments. This has led to gaining more insight from other departments within the organization.

We use Chorus.ai in both Sales and Customer Success to align the conversation around our customers' needs. It has created a nice synergy between both divisions to help our customers meet their expected goals.
