We brought Cience in to help launch a B2B Sales Outreach department for our established traditional ecommerce B2C product. It absolutely took time for the program to build steam, and like others we experienced a good amount of turn over. The PM who lead the way for the first 9 months never faltered in their commitment to our account, and was always proactive about suggesting changes when the opportunity arose. Their cold email open rates were always impressive, and with the right caller we did find success in booking a good amount of appointments. It is important that as the client you provide detailed and honest feedback - without communication and hard work on both ends it simply will not work. The biggest drawback of Cience is the price and ROI. For us, it is not feasible to continue this relationship past the one year mark, however - Cience has given us the tools we needed to continue and has been extremely gracious as we head toward the phase of offboarding.

We (Euformatics) hired CIENCE to deliver qualified leads in the area of clinical labs and hospitals in the US for genomic data analysis software. Everything seemed fine in the beginning when ramping up their knowledge about our offering even though the onboarding took longer than we were told during the sales process. Once the actual outreach started we saw very few results, only a few meetings over the course of 4 months, and costs of more than $20k. It was quite frustrating to listen to their explanations every 2 weeks during our calls about how we are just where we should be in terms of metrics (open rate of emails, connection rate on calls, etc.) even though the actual deliverables (qualified meetings) were not produced. During the sales process, their representative talked about getting 10-12 qualified meetings per month. The reality was 0.5 per month. So the gap between promises and reality was just too high.

CIENCE helped us to create the content, process, and identify the right leads for us to pursue. Moreover, they then did the outreach to the identified targets using the materials we had developed.

We've recently added a professional division that helps our student graduates find great jobs through our niche job board at tevera.pro.

Cience's Impact: Our sales process in higher ed is really locked in with very specific prospects at universities and colleges, but for our new professional division, we faced a huge challenge: we have tens of thousands of organizations that we need to reach but little to no information other than email addresses. Cience's team has appended our information with valuable organizational and contact information including decision makers for our specialized settings. The results are outstanding but more importantly, the team has been awesome to work with as they have learned what we are looking for and have consistently provided solutions that match our goals and budgets. We have been using CIENCE for help with lead generation in the B2B space. We have a specific market we are aiming for and so finding new leads can be challenging. CIENCE has really helped us approach our lead generation strategy in a much more strategic way - determining who we want to target and why they are important. In addition, their own use of data and analytics is very impressive - they have one of the best scoreboards I've seen! Finally, I can't say enough about their flexibility and interest in trying new things. We've had great discussions about new ways to do things and a true test and learn approach.

Using their proven formula for success, after gaining an understanding of our ICP the CIENCE team took the lead in developing outreach copy and target customer research. Once all parties were in agreement on the game plan, we kicked off the sequence and the results were immediate. Beyond leads and sales, CIENCE's work has lead to a better understanding of our market's unmet needs but also their future wishlist, greatly informing our product development. With a team member dedicated to lead development, email outreach, call outreach, and the account manager, their singular focus is what makes the team so great.
