[Its] sound quality is best, I have used it in a workspace full of people; still, the audio was great. We use it mostly for conference meetings and support our clients via audio [calls].

Call duration decreased slightly as the operators were now able to hear their calls clearly and not have to ask the customer to repeat themselves. From a customer perspective, their experience with the switchboard improved significantly ( customer rating of 4/5 from a previous 2/5). The most notable improvement being called answered quicker and being directed to the right person the first time.

This headset series has proven its worth with high-quality audio capability which has further helped all employees improve their daily productivity on office calls & no one has ever complained of audio issues overcall. Hence, it's all worth it.

For voice experience it's great. I can give it [a] ten out of ten for high quality audio it is high impact when you have many contact center users in one office or room where you have lots of disturbance. It almost cut[s] background disturbance[s] which will give our customers high quality voice and its plays [a] vital role in webex meetings also.

There have been no issues with call quality or connection issues. Very reliable and easy to use with a good range. No one has complained about audio or call quality when being used. Makes for greater use and adoption by users. Has made meetings more productive and less of the "can you hear me" dynamics.

Thanks to its high quality audio it's extremely easy to hear everyone on the meeting and there's usually no need for me to adjust the volume like I did with my laptop speakers to hear everyone. The reduction of background noise has also made it much easier for people to hear me.

None of my customers or colleagues complained about the audio quality and hence that means my mic quality is great and so is the speaker quality as I never faced any issues in hearing.

Never made any customer complain about the audio quality or background noise. Noise cancellation is great and also made taking calls and listening to incoming audio easy as if we are talking face to face. Also, the mic quality is great. None of the customers sitting at receiving end complained.

This device, my Cisco 562 headset allows me to hear clearly and allows others to hear me clearly. I've worked from my home office for 9 years now so COVID wasn't a big change for me per se. But it was evident when the audio quality of other callers dropped dramatically because they had inferior headsets or no headset at home. I've recommended this headset to my peers and those that get this are impressed and each headset deployed improves our call quality immensely. And the long battery life allows all team members to remain for the duration of the call w/o having to call back in with another device. These headsets keep us productive.

In a remote work situation, having incoming audio going into my headset, rather than through external speakers has been absolutely critical in its impact on my day-to-day calls and meetings. Additionally, having a headset-mounted microphone by its nature helps in outside noise rejection and getting a better quality of audio input for calls and videoconference, which decreases frustration on both ends of the call.
