Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the Cisco Board Series 55" and Cisco Board Series 75" as our main meeting room collaboration devices. These were chosen due to their ease of installation, security in installation and management, integration between Google, Webex, Teams and Cisco Spaces.

We were able to upgrade our current architecture extremely quickly due to the method of installation and management within the webex platform, they are much more than video collaboration devices with whteboarding functionality being used throughout the organisation. They also operate as real time Cisco Spaces boards showing availability of meeting rooms in real time.

Seemless integration into cisco spaces to monitor business consumption of meeting room spaces.

Cons

Tigher integration into Google Services, such as Drive for further collaboration. Whiteboarding in Google Meet.

Likelihood to Recommend

Collaboration suites of all types and sizes + huddle areas. It is not a good fit for much larger rooms which a larger screen size would be needed.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The switching process took approximately a month until everyone was relaxed. It has now been made central to our functioning. There have been more dynamic morning briefings and smoother credit committee meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration has been noticed to be more amenable. The best surprise to me was the way it transformed meeting culture. Individuals are better equipped since they are aware that we can peep into any data point.

Pros

You can access and retrieve live dashboards and do on-screen manipulations when discussing them.
The collaborative annotation option allows the rest of the team to point out issues and annotate risk reports at the same time, which is significantly better than wasting time sending documents to other users.
The encrypted connection offers you the comfort of talking about sensitive information on a portfolio, which you seriously require in this field of work.

Cons

The system is at times slow in loading bulky spreadsheet files with complicated formulas.
The calendar integration could also be more seamless, as invites do not always integrate with existing systems.
The mobile app companion is an addition to the core unit.

This Cisco Board Series is helpful when it comes to quarterly risk assessment reviews. Imagine the following: your data is flowing out of several providers, the team is working on portfolio exposure, and somebody notices that there is a red flag in a specific sector. Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We primarily use Cisco Board Series for video conference but also we recently deployed Cisco Spaces 3D maps in many offices in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, Africa).

The business problems the product accesses specially with Cisco Spaces is the use of the space, availability and end user facing easy to use platform to navigate into the offices. Also is making the collaboration between colleagues much easier with the new Cisco Board Series we recently deployed across EMEA offices, adding value also with the metrics that we got from the endpoint which help us to have an overview of the space usage, environmental behavior, room usage, etc, that we get in Cisco Spaces, which we integrated with Webex Control Hub. Additionally the easy to setup process and troubleshooting is facilitating our daily work

For smart workspaces the Cisco Board Series is a great product, not only for new offices adapted modern way of working, also to to use in old offices where the distribution of the spaces are not as good as the planning of the brand new offices. Specially with the integration of the Cisco Spaces features is helping colleagues to use better the space

We came across Cisco Board Series while we were actively looking for a whiteboard tool for hybrid experience. Actively using this for last few years for collaboration between on site and off site employees to bridge the training and operations to maximize productivity in terms of task management and completion of daily itemized checklist and workload.

We utilized the Cisco Board Series in 10 out of our 36 operational Cisco powered rooms. These devices allow our students, staff, faculty, and residents to not only collaborate from countries away but also to collaborate in person. The product allows for them to whiteboard on different dental case issues and also allows them to annotate over xrays and pans for a better teaching methodology.

The Cisco Board Series is great for situations where 3-4 people in person can connect and collaborate on issues. The Cisco Board Series in my institution is flawless for tutoring. We have faculty sessions daily that allow for the students to present their screens with the questions they are unable to resolve alone. The board is a better use for multiple people within the room to see the same information as it's presented and also to share whiteboarded notes into predetermined spaces.

We both use and sell Cisco Board Series pro units and they are great we have 1 in our office and it’s a great collaboration tool and now they do a native Microsoft teams experience it is a massive edition to be able to help your business with collaboration using Microsoft teams with the backend extended power of the Cisco platform

The Cisco Board Series overall has created a highly effective means of passing information across departments. While there were incidences when the performance of my device was a bit slow, especially when several devices were in use, the efficiency that it has brought together with easing of operations through centralizing data and information has highly benefited our business processes.

Optimized for cross-department meetings and presentations regardless of location.
Merges communication with customer data analysis, enabling decisions.
An environment for tracking and monitoring the most significant events and datasets related to the project, to encourage action from a position of knowledge.

Cons

May take more time to fit into the current existing CRM applications and systems.
At times, the application lags due to high levels of traffic under multiple users.
The program offers limited options to configure the graphical user interface for voice recognition to the users.

I use the Cisco Board Series frequently. For instance, department reviews of products involved the use of the interactive dashboard, where inputs and data sharing were done in real time. However, there is a little delay in response time, especially when several teams connect during the previous or next shift.

It is easy to use for posting updates regarding the developments in the projects and planning in order to create efficient strategies. To be specific, the application of advanced analytics capability is important in this case, as it enables market data to be combined with internal progress reports. The only disadvantage one may come across with cloud service is a slightly slower performance during peak usage.

Collapses a variety of related data into a single, convenient status report.

Cons

The initial setup can take longer to complete since users are yet to understand all the app's functionalities to the core.
System lag, this happens only during large-scale use, when numerous users are simultaneously assigned to introduce the detected virus.
There will be less possibility to customize the interface according to the team's requirements, which is suitable only for small teams.
