The integration of on-premise CUCM with cloud meeting (Webex) and the video interop with Microsoft Teams and Zoom has helped us to keep Cisco as the collaboration platform of choice in our organization. The integrations are done so well that it hardly affects user behavior when trying to access the other 3rd party services. User adoption is high as a result.

This system has never given me any problems. In our network, there were probably tens of thousands of phones and users. There were several choices for transferring calls to internal extensions or outside lines, parking the call for someone else to pick up, placing the call on hold, and so on. Even conference calling was straightforward, something I've never been able to do with prior phone systems without hanging up on someone.

Cisco BE6000 is easier to setup in existing [infrastructure] and it help us lot high resolution video and audio quality and IVR and voicemail box these are the features from which our users benefited a lot most exciting feature is all in one solution so we dont need to look for other products or technology.

We lately have seen the importance of Cisco products because we want to keep in touch with all our employees, online meetings, our organization servers and it has helped a lot mostly during these pandemic days. It is very important to be part of Cisco and to have Cisco products that can afford so much communication, having all in one system has made our work easier

As you mentioned, its complete solution for most of the application. We have SIP and connected via branch so we reduce the cost of calling where the standard phone system doesn't have such features.

BE6000 saves money and effort. We can boot all servers from it and they can all integrate into the system without any other costs, which saves effort from the admin site or the collaboration engineer who works with BE6000. Moreover, it's more scalable because we can add other servers to it without any issue.

It’s convenient to have everything under one box. An engineer experienced with call manager and easily pickup the Presence aspect. Users love voicemail to email or audio and presence integration. Call handoff is a nice feature to be used between mobile phone and desk phone. Minimizing the amount of platforms we have to integrate is better for end users and those that support them.

With the Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000) we could transfer our PBX in a modern world. We have now not only telephone services, we implement with it instant messaging and presence, a unified contact center express for our call center agents, and a unity voicemail solution.
We have now video and audio capabilities that boost our communication. We could easily onboard new telephone users and group them with Cisco device profiles. Another advantage is that we could register mobiles with iOS or Android and implement a single number reach feature and an extension mobility.

The Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000) has allowed our organization to benefit from having the costs of individual voice systems at each separate facility. We have gone to the regional model of voice management where we have one centralized system (with redundancy) that provides voice services to facilities in that region and the Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000) has been one of our partners in that journey.
