the on the go [easy] to use is really helpful for my onsite support staff since they use to walk across the facility and resolve issues for different devices/ machines connected over [a network]. they could [listen to] us better [in] damn noisy environment and vice versa..all thanks to ANC. this has reduced our call duration too and [saved] our effort time.

Yes, we have used the customization on a[n] individual level rather than at the organization[al] level. This allows us to have each user control the settings as they are using the headsets on a daily basis. The mobile app makes the customization process easy and painless! You can adjust the headset to whether you are on calls, meeting, or just listening to music!

We can control and see who is using the headset from the Cisco Webex Control hub, this is easy to show who has what headset and on what version of firmware they are currently using it. You can configure the device to download new firmware which installs automatically without users' input.

Yes, the app does [offer] a lot of options to customize the headsets, however, the app lags a lot and sometimes fails to replicate settings to the Headset. The app has improved a lot [though] with updates and I am sure soon it will be unmatched in the market considering Cisco's track record.

Yes. I've set up different setting[s] on my cell phone, as I downloaded the Cisco headset app and can adjust when I'm just using the headset on my cell phone as I walk around the house on calls. It also provides me up to date charging time and percentage. Very helpful.

The app includes presets for the headphones which are sure to appeal to users looking for a quick adjustment to their audio. The hot-to section of the app also provides clear, concise instructions on how to accomplish any settings or connections needed by the end-user, [and] empowering them to control their own audio.

The mobile app is uses to maintain and update the headset firmware as well as change settings from voice, music and cinema depending on how the headset is being used. The app also allows users to customize the noise cancellation level and enable/disable voice assistant.

We are starting to beta-test the mobile app for Cisco Headset 700 Series, but we have not rolled it out to the enterprise yet. We do push out the Cisco Headset 700 Series management software to all laptops, though, so end-users can granularly adjust volume and other settings on the headset that way.

Cisco Headset 700 Series have amazing audio quality but still we can customize the audio as per our comfort. I adjust the audio through the Cisco Headsets mobile app. This adjustable audio feature makes it different from others and unique.

This is one area that we continue to adapt for our work practices. We primarily use headsets with PC-based UC softclients, and the lack of a PC-based app for self-management is a weakness compared to the key competitor alternatives. However, the fact that organizations that use Cisco Webex and the Webex app as their soft-client, will receive some management benefits for identifying when firmware updates are available.
