8800 series is superior. The 3900 and 6800 does feel as well built as the 780p. The Yealink and Mitel phones build quality doesn't feel as good either.

PSTN phones are the usual landline phones and the service is provided by telecom operators which are often quite expensive but limited set of features. hence PSTN phone is no match to IP Phones, one because of security - which is extremely important in today's world and secondly cost of making calls and conferences in way cheaper compared to PSTN phone.

This is more of a desk phone but we have used it in conference rooms that are smaller as it is cheaper than a Trio and sounds just as good. Honestly would not work in the bigger rooms that the Trio does but this has saved us a bunch of money in the huddle rooms.

Although the Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series had more features, HD resolution displays, and a wider range to select from, the Cisco IP Phone 7800 series was cost-effective and met the needs of most basic phone users. However, to minimize costs and to ensure that all users in the company are catered to, you can have a mixture of the Cisco 7800 and 8800 IP Phones within the environment.

The Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series have more advanced features, like built-in video cameras and Bluetooth for example, but that comes at an extra cost. As such, the Cisco IP Phone 7800 Series are used for the bulk of the users, but some executives may want the extra features offered in the Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series.

As mentioned in my previous comment, Cisco Stands apart from Yealink because of its features. The functionality and ease of use are exceptional and makes transferring skills to users a breeze. The added bonus for myself is that Cisco offers phenomenal audio quality that makes it the perfect headset for hearing impaired people.
