We have implemented Cisco IP telephony using the Business Edition 6000 solution. We have 3 models of IP phones installed for users throughout the building. The Cisco IP Phone 7941 model I use and all of the administrative and IT for internal and external communication. This model is excellent with hands-free and HD voice features and brings great benefits in terms of communication quality in daily use. IP communication brings a lot of savings in internal calls with zero cost and better quality.

We use them to communicate with other employees within the building. They are easy to use and make working easier. We can easily broadcast a message to an entire team. It has good audio. And I like the small graphical monitor and its tech look. Moreover, it's kind of easy to install.

I use this phone technology on [the] site of our organization. We interconnect all users of the institution by this VOIP technology. I wish [the product could] develop the administration to have more options to manage device end users. [Also,] why not develop fixes [on] smart phones with [a] smart screen and options? Best regards and good luck.

We use Cisco [IP Phone] 7800 Series as desk phones for some of the company employees. It is easy to install and works stably. They ensure that employees make phone calls with the least amount of complaints.

The phones are being used to provide our managed service provider telephony solutions to SME and enterprise customers, as well as on premise deployments of PBX systems to customer we managed. We would also sell them as one time purchases for customers not looking for any managed services. They general fulfill any IP phone requirement. The only draw back is all models don't have gigabit switches integrated.

Cisco IP Phone 7800 is extensively used in my organization across India as well as the Denmark office. It solves the problem of telecommunication. Not only does it lets me receive calls, but also lets me do conference and call transfers to colleagues in case of issues I am not the right person to solve. People can make use of IP phones to call the IT support team sitting across the globe at no cost.

The Cisco 7811 IP phone is used for VoIP communication for everyday scrums, as well as in conference rooms. Cisco 7811 IP phones integrate with the rest of the company's Cisco network infrastructure, such as Cisco Cat switches and a Cisco Call Manager device. Our company saves money because VoIP communication is much cheaper than traditional phone calls, and the ability to power phones via PoE allows our organization to use the existing cable infrastructure for both data transmission and power supply, therefore, no additional equipment is needed to power IP telephony.

The Cisco 7861 is currently being used by users who have a critical need for a multi-line device that does not come with the extra burden of losing desk real estate to extra peripheral devices. The 7861 has 16 line appearances that give power users and administrative users the ability to quickly look across small teams with the ability for additional feature buttons for those users who may have smaller teams.

Cisco IP Phone 7800 Series is used across remote sites in a branch type environment. Across approximately 300 separate sites, the same device is used and it is a consistently well-performing device. I would guess that we have well over 2000 of these devices in remote sites. This device through our CISCO infrastructure enables us to make site-to-site calls without paying carrier costs.

We as a company have eliminated desk-based phones except in critical roles so this is the phone that we deploy out there to users that need that phone to operate outside of their "soft" based clients and we use it for dialing out to others' PSTN and cell phones. It's used across the whole org but only by those deemed as needed.

We use the Cisco IP Phone 7800 Series for mobile and remote access so people can use their Cisco desk phones at home. It's being used across several departments in the organization and is our standard for general purpose.

The Cisco 7800 IP Phone is being used for VoIP communication as well as in the conference rooms and at the reception desk. The Cisco 7800 IP Phones integrates with the rest of the company's Cisco networking infrastructure (i.e. Cisco Catalyst PoE switches and Cisco Call Manager appliance). The business saves money as VoIP communication costs less than traditional telephone calls and the PoE (Power over Ethernet) capability allows the company to leverage the existing cabling infrastructure for both data and power requirements thus no additional power point is required for powering up the IP phones.

The Cisco IP 7800 Series phones were sold to our customers as part of a CUCM installation, and also used internally by our staff. They are a great modern phone that work well with the Cisco CUCM platform and also when controlled by Jabber. As many office workers move to soft phones, a physical phone is still very useful for role-based requirements (e.g. retail sites) and high-use users (e.g. call centres).

We use the 7800 Series across our entire organization in the head office and branch office. It is currently being used as a VOIP handset which integrates into Cisco WebEx calling. We find it is the perfect tool for collaboration and really sets us apart or should I say Cisco Technologies is helping us bridge the gap between innovation and business requirements. You should read my review on Cisco Webex to fully understand the complete context of this review.
